I’ve configured the plugin to allow “Editor” role access to the “Order Tracking” admin menu. Once I login with that editor user, I can’t delete orders… there is no option. But if I login with a WordPress admin user, I can delete orders.

I enabled woocommerce integration. So I created order with woocommerce API and there is no new order in Status tracking plugin. We have outside application with project managment and when status changed I want to create/edit order in woocomerce with REST APi and I want customers to track that order status.
Or maybe if order status plugin has own API that would be perfect..

I run a marketplace and want to allow customers to update orders using specially assigned codes. So if a customer places an order from seller A, the order will be assigned a code (we can do this manually, if necessary).
The seller will then request for the code while delivering the order and update it to “completed” themselves.
My timezone is set in WordPress settings, Use WP Timezone option is enabled, but it gets the wrong date, example: 01-01-1970 00:00:00
If I disable the option, it shows the universal time zone, but not timezone S?o Paulo.
and has no option to select timezone manually in plugin

it seems there is a bug in graphic view with status with higher percentage.
The same status show up at start and at end of the graphic.
As exemple, you have status : recieved with 0% and completed with 100%, on the graphic you will have completed at start and end instead of recieved at start and completed at end.

We believe we have noticed that the way searching on the order number field works has changed with one of the recent updates. Before we updated the plugin the search would return orders if part of the search term matched the order number. This was very convenient for our workflow. The search now seems to match only exact matches.
Is there a way to get the old results back for example by using wildcards or some other workaround?

]]>I am using the Order Status plugin, as a small business that deals with made-to-order commissioned products. While the plugin offers a shortcode for people to check the status of their order (shortcode [tracking-form] ), I am more interested in displaying this kind of content in a slightly more public format.
Instead of having a page for the tracking form, requiring entry of ones order number…. Id like to create a page (or widget) that lists all the current orders we have going. Essentially, this could be something as simple as a table with three columns (Order #, Status (Current Status only), and then display of a custom field we have called “Estimated Time of Completion” ).
Can this kind of thing be done? While the tracking form has an okay display, we have always thought the Trello type public listing would be the better display for our store.

I have a wordpress website setup for a local based store in my city. The type of product that customers purchase at this store take around 3 months to be ready for them to pick up. This product cannot be sold online/eCommerce/woocommerce as it requires to be built bespoke.
During the 3 months, there are a few updates on their order for example, measurements completed, manufacturing completed, etc.
All of the customer orders have a unique order number which are stored in a csv file and the csv file also contains the current status of the order. This is a very simple table where there is two columns – OrderNumber, OrderStatus.
What I require is to provide customers the ability to review their Order Status on the wordpress website – as follows:
1. Customer goes to https://www.company.co.uk/checkOrderPage
2. On this webpage, the customer is presented with a box to enter in their unique order number
3. Customer enters in the unique order number into the box and clicks a button
4. They are then displayed with the status of their order
I am very interested in your plugin and wanted to check the following before purchasing:
1. Can your plugin provide the above functionality?
2. Can i upload excel files?
3. Can i integrate to your plugin with Google Sheets? even by using Zapier? I ask as we also have a copy of our orders on Google Sheets. If we make any amendments (update to existing order or new order added) then it would be useful for the update/new to be automatically updated in your plugin too.
4. Do I require woocommerce plugin installed?
5. For each tracking status – can I include a animated icon (gif)? – icons from here https://icons8.com/animated-icons

1. First and foremost, nowhere it is mentioned that you can only upload an excel file in .xls format only and the filename has to be Order_Import. I think you guys need to update that in the documentation or atleast update the plugin so that latest file format i.e. .xlsx shud also work.
2. I have added few custom fields(Screenshot: Custom Fields) in which 2 are date fields. Now when i upload a spreadsheet with date mentioned (and i have tried all date formats), it pulls up some random number and update that in the actual order and when i open that order to edit, dates are blank. So you need to workout a way to fix these or atleast tell us which format we should follow so that it updates the right date in the order. (Screenshot: Wrong date updated)
3. Not sure if this next issue is specific to my website or not. In a custom field, i have added Total amount paid column with NUMBER in the type area(Shown in the custom field screenshot). Now when i add a number in the import file under this column and import the file, it does not update the number in the actual order.
4. Lastly when we try to track an order, the order status is shown of all the update that has happened on the order, not just the last update.(Screenshot: Extended status shown while order pullup). Try with order no. 8081 to check.
Kindly fix these issues so that this plugin becomes the best order tracking plugin on wordpress. Rest all is simply great.
]]>Previously the order status could only be changed on the admin page, but now the order status can be changed by anyone when checking the order, for example my customer wants to check the status of his order and when he enters his order code and sees the order status at the bottom there is a button for replacement order status and the customer can change the status of the order without admin permission.
