Hi there
I really like your plugin as it shows verry importand information. But unfortunatelly it slows down the order page massively! I had 1009 duplicate queries and a page loading time of 2.7 seconds. After deactivating your plugin, only 72 duplictae queries and a loading time of 1.3 seconds.
Is this plugin still maintained and do you see a reason why this is?
Best regards,
Fletsch
Hey,
We have 2 custom order statuses and we can`t differentiate between them, since the plugin only allows color change for “Custom statuses” as a whole.
Is there a way to have different colors for different custom order statuses?
Thanks for a great plugin.

]]>Hi,
I have 50,000 orders and the history order plugin extremely slows down the speed of the e-shop, particularly on the page /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=shop_order where all the orders are listed.
All other pages are fine.
I have to wait 20-25 seconds every time.
Could you help us with this issue?
Thank you.

]]>I have a Ecommerce website with 2 years history orders, and I have been using your plugin since the beginning.
Now I have created a new site and I decided to only import old orders from January 2023.
Is there any chance to import all 2 years history orders from your plugin over the users without having to import all Woocommerce orders data?
Hi there,
May I know if you will be making your plugin compatible with the ‘High-Performance order storage (COT)’ feature please?
Thank you.
]]>Hello!
Great plugin! Very intuitive and easy to set up.
I was wondering if there is a possibility to show the Order History in the Order Email. Something pretty straight forward like:
User type: Guest / Registered
Total Orders: 2 View History
Thank you so much!
]]>Hi author,
I’ve been using your plugin since day one and now find it even more useful.
Recently we had an issue with some returned orders, after checking the IP address, the same IP address was found, the customer ordered many different orders, using different addresses and phone numbers but They do not accept incoming orders.
I have an idea is to add a column that shows what orders this IP address has to make it easier to spot fake customers.
Thank you so much.
]]>Hello
Is it possible to use your plugin with a shortcode please?
I would like to display the number of orders in two other plugins :

And in YayMail – WooCommerce Email Customizer
Thank you for your help
]]>Hi,
I am interested in whether it is possible to call certain elements (order history or number of orders per customer) via the WP REST API and show them let’s say in another DB. ?
Thank you.
]]>Hi.
Thank you for the great plugin.
One suggestion, though!
I have made quite a few manual orders in my site , after a phone call from my customes. They often don’t want to give their email address , so I insert to all these orders a dummy email , just for completing the order.
But. in the order history, after that, it shows me all these orders like they have been made from the same customer , because the plugin is searching the customers email !!
How can I ressolve this?
Maybe you could put a field in the settings with a email address that it would be EXCLUDED from the search ?
Regards!
Ioannis
I have a site where mostly users are placing orders as guest with no emails, but they do have billing phone as our business requires that.
isn’t there any feature for those orders who have same billing phone value can be combined and showed in the history section?
]]>There is a conflict with the plugin, cant create a new order.
After disabling the plugin, it works.
Please advice
]]>Since version 1.8
, the history queries are cached via transients, which dramatically improves speed and lowers DB calls during the display of the Orders and Users screens. The trade-off though is that the Orders history column information might be at times inaccurate, as is now rebuilt with some delay of up to 1 hour. If that’s an issue to you, the Bulk action -> Rebuild history cache
allows updating the history cache manually.
Additionally, filter oshwoo_cache_ttl
, (goes into functions.php
), can help control the baseline of how long the cache stays fresh before going stale and rebuilding itself (default is 1h). Example usage:
add_filter( 'oshwoo_cache_ttl', function(){ return 0.5; });
I just installed the 1.8 update of the plugin and it solved the infinite loop problem I also had. Thanks for that and the speed gain.
But it introduced other issues:
1. in the Customer History, all orders of the selected customer are listed under all categories (pending, processing, on hold, etc). See screenshot https://i2.paste.pics/G4QDL.png
2. on the WC orders page, all recent completed orders that came in after the plugin update (and a few older ones), continue showing up as processing. Light green is processing in my setup. See screenshot https://i2.paste.pics/G4QEP.png
This is happening in three shops I maintain.
Wordpress 5.9.1
Woocommerce 6.2.0
We are 2 people with each a separate account. We currently have a problem where one of the accounts can’t go to the “orders” overview page because it is infinite loading and then we get a 503 bad gateway, error. Most likely because it takes the browser to much time to navigate to the page or something.
On the other account we have however everything works fine. It’s a bit slow compared to before but that could just be because it has to gather more data then it did before, so that’s fine.
But on the first account as I mentioned it doesn’t work.
They both have the same rol. So I don’t think that could be the problem.

Hello, since the woocommerce 5.6 update, the product and orders page in the back office displays “start importing or create a product”
However, there are 5 navigation pages at the bottom right, but nothing happens when I click on it.
I have disabled all plugins. Nothing changes.
I went back to the previous version of woocommerce but the database remains in 5.6
Php: 7.3
Wordpress: 5.8

]]>Hello,
First of all, thank you for a great plugin.
I just installed it on Woocommerce 5.6.0 (WordPress 5.8 and PHP 7.4.22) and when visiting
admin.php?page=oshwoo-order-history-t2&userid=XXXX in the Unit Price column i get a notice about a critical error on my website.
I then get an email with the following info:
/plugins/order-status-history-for-woocommerce/includes/admin/order-history-product.php. Error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function oshwoo\bcdiv() in /wp-content/plugins/order-status-history-for-woocommerce/includes/admin/order-history-product.php:176
I can provide more info, if you need.
By the way, is there a way to cache the history?
Thank you very much.
]]>First few orders show worng number of total orders and i cant see orders page it always shows only one user’s page

A section within the history file to put the notes for clients. That would be great!! because we could put information about gifts, or details sent, etc …
Thank you!!!!
