I have rolled back to Version 4.3.20 to keep the website working.
So would like to report that.
Thank you.
Yesterday we received an order at 10:28PM but the store closing hours was set up to 9:45PM on Thursday. Any idea why this user was able to place the order? I checked the timezone and it is set up correctly (New York) and store status: CLOSED. Please advise, thank you!
]]>Hello,
Very useful plugin btw. I have just created a WP_CLI command in a WP website and when I call it I get the following warning just before the :
Warning: Undefined array key “SERVER_NAME” in /home/restau20/public_html/wp-content/plugins/order-hours-scheduler-for-woocommerce/includes/Aspect/Page.php on line 110
I can overpass this, but I think you should take a look and fix this in a future update.

]]>Hello. I have a marketplace with a multisite wordpress and I need a solution for store hours. Using Store Hours for WooCommerce, it worked fine for a few days, but then all the multisite images stopped loading. The site was left blank. Is there a solution or some other alternative?
I should mention that I used another plugin for the same function called Open Close WooCommerce Store – Best Business Schedules Manager and the same thing happened. Can someone help me to solve the problem? I use the Blocksy theme child theme.

]]>After 4 years of contributing to the community, listening to countless business owners, agencies, developers and hobbyists alike, we’ve come to a difficult decision to sunset our plugins off of www.remarpro.com.
Store Hours Manager will go into “maintenance mode” effective Dec 1st, 2021 through June 1st, 2022 which at that point will be retired and sunset from www.remarpro.com. During this time, only critical security or support items will be addressed.
While we are retiring the www.remarpro.com plugin, BizSwoop plugins are not going away, quite the opposite. You can read more about our decisions for sunsetting our plugin on www.remarpro.com directly on our blog https://www.bizswoop.com/wordpress-directory-announcement
For now let’s address the changes that will take place if you’re currently using the open source www.remarpro.com versions of our plugin.
I use the www.remarpro.com versions of your plugin, what’s going to happen?
Right now, nothing will happen. You can continue to use the plugin as is, but it will no longer receive new updates or support. Without updates, we cannot recommend using this version of the plugin in the long term.
What critical security or support will you address in the Maintenance Mode phase?
Any bugs identified as data security or privacy related. Any fatal errors with core WooCommerce plugin code base. All other bugs or issues will no longer be supported.
I still need your plugin, new features and support, what should I do?
The Store Hours Manager plugin is becoming part of our Store Order Hours product as the easiest solution to open and close your WooCommerce store. You will be able to continue to set your store hours on a schedule, plus we are providing more advanced features to display alerts and hours in a box or bar, custom quick navigation links, short codes, floating widget, custom branding and more.

HI, this is my Store Markskitchen
My store Opening Timing is 02:00 PM and Closing Time is 02:00 AM
when i Set this time on “Store Hours Manager for WooCommerce” Schedule Tab. After this when i go to the bottom to save the Changes. I see the Save Changes Button is Disabled.
Are there any Settings that I Miss to Configure?
Hi,
Thanks for the plugin.
Unfortunately, this tool is not working on my website. When close hours are triggered it not only plugin stops working rather it stops the whole website from working.
Here is the error message. It shows on the front end of the website. The back-end is working fine.
This page isn’t working shop.generationehuus.ch redirected you too many times.

Cleared cookies, Cache on a browser level, Try incognito.
Run theme/plugin conflict test exactly how you mentioned here in threads.
But still, no luck.
My settings:
Turn-on Force Override => Uncheck
Ordering Status => Disabled
Notifications => AJAX
Enable cache clearing => Checked
Trigger Notification Time => 5sec
Dismiss Duration => 60sec
Trigger Notification Time by => Site Visit
In ACTION Tab => Every option “Checked”
Theme => Hello Elemenotor
Plugins: Woocomerce, Elementor, Elementor Pro, Woolenetor/Pro, Direct checkout/Single page checkout, WooCommerce Payrexx Gateway.
If we have open hours and “Store Hours Manager => Enabled” it works fine but as soon as it triggers to close hours. It stops the site from working.
Can you help in fixing this issue?
Regards,
Adnan
I have my WP settings set to New Work timezone and it shows the correct time. On this plugin it says:
Current time: 23:03 . Status: OPEN
Note: Store Time Based Upon General Settings > Timezone Settings, Local Time
Store should be closed at 10 PM or 22 hr. Why is it still OPEN?

I need to know if there is a way for certain customers to still place orders even when ordering is disabled for the rest of the site. Maybe not apply the store hours restriction to a specific page? We want to have ordering disabled on the site during off hours but still be able to grant certain people access to order during off hours. Please help!

Thank you to all Store Hours Manager Users who shared their feedback around our latest update which changed behavior for the closed store notification and introduced the Alert Box Pop-up. We have been listening to the community about the new behavior and in response, have released several updates and features to improve the free experience we provide to the community for both admins and customers.
Functionality improvements added for the new 4.2+ release
– (NEW) Set Initial Alert Box display trigger time by page, or site visit
– (NEW) Dismiss notification options of 1, 5, 10, 15, 30, 45, & 60 seconds
– (NEW) Management mode for admins and content creators
As a developer for the community, we work extremely hard to balance the free and premium versions of our plugins, both of which are resource intensive. We are a small development company that is passionate about building great plugins. After 3 years of free updates and support for the old Store Hours Manager, we hope the community will continue to find the updated free version useful, and evaluate the premium option if we offer features you desire. We are thankful for the WordPress Community and look forward to providing more powerful free features for years to come. Stay Tuned.

your latest update 4.2.29 breaks my site/critical error.
Had to deactivate it. A shame as I liked this plugin.

do you have other reports about this?

Hey there,
First of all, great plugin!
We use this at some restaurants and there is a tablet with an interface that we use with woo api and manage all orders.
We want to also add a button that basically closes the store, as in a “force override” and set to ordering disabled.
However im having trouble doing this via the api or a php file. My aproach was to compare a mysql dump with and without force active yet I dont find any differences that stick out.
Basically the idea is to run an UPDATE query and turn on force override. How can I do this? How does the force override work?
Thanks!

]]>Hello.
As the shop will be closed during the Christmas, so just want to make sure about the Holidays Schedule option.
If we put the dates in “Holidays Schedule”, is that meaning the shop will be closed on those dates? Or there are another Holidays Schedule we have to set the time?
Thank you.
]]>Hello,
I have been using your plugin for a few months and I highly recommend it to people.
Recently, I have decided to take orders even when we are closed to capture a wider audience and the notification bar from your plugin is great because it will warn people that they can place and order but it will be prepared once we open.
But, this does not seem possible right now and im not sure if its a bug in the plugin. On the Actions tab, Hide Cart and Remove Gateway options are both unchecked. Is that the intended function or is it an error? I am using 2020 theme wth Woocommerce, StoreCustomizer plugins.
