Hi,

I would like to upgrade to Pro Ver. If it will fit my needs:

My customer owns a shop. He wants me to do the following:

If there is a single product on the cart the shipping will be 1 x 49 US$.

If there are 2 product or more the calculation will be products units x 32 US$.

Can the Pro version do it?

I noticed that the Free version has only Weight calculation or whole cart sum.

Hello, I have run into a problem that happens quite frequently. Whenever I go to export orders it sometimes exports nothing, all the column titles appear but no orders. I have fixed this either by erasing the starting orders after or previewing it but sometimes those don’t work and after exporting around 5-6 times it works. Not sure what’s causing it, I do not have the predefined range over a large time span and I’m only exporting 50 line items.

Hi,

I already report this bug on your website contact form but didn’t get any answer beacause i don’t have bought the pro version, so i put it here too:

I have a problem with exporting orders when i’m logged with an editor account: saving the settings display an error “undefined” and when i try to export it always says: “No orders were found matching your export criteria” (and then redirect in a front url with /undefined at the end)

But when i’m logged with an administrator account everything work well.

I don’t know if it’s a bug or not but it’s not very convenient to have an administrator account for exporting orders…

I have been waiting for over a month for a reply back to a Support ticket (fresh desk) for a PAID product we bought from you. I have followed up multiple times requesting ticket status updates and contact form messages but no reply from anyone at JEM. Are you monitoring these accounts. Please advise ASAP.

I’m trying to filter my exports by shipping method or shipping title, but it’s not working …

The “value list” stays empty.
But the “shipping method” & “shipping method title” have some values, when I preview the export (without filtering).
I tried to “copy/paste” one of the value in the “value field” of the filter, but it’s not working neither …

The other filters as “Payment method” are working …

Is it because it’s the “free version” of the plugin?

Did someone had the same problem?
Tried to contact support a week ago, but didn’t have any answers.
And I don’t want to purchase the “pro version” of the plugin, if this option is not working …

Perhaps I’ve missed the functionality or mention of it, but are there plans to support filtering by product variation? I only see the ability to filter by high level product, but we are looking to be able to filter exports by product variation as well.

Hello: I’m using version 3.0.4 and I noticed that when using the Order Fields filter, choosing “is equal to” produces the same output as “is NOT equal to”.

For example, if I filter on “Billing First Name” with the term “Bob” I will get records with the first name “Bob” regardless of whether “is equal to” or “is NOT equal to” is selected.

This appears to be a working fix to allow export of non-western / accented characters:

In the file jem-exporter.php:

after the line unlink($fileName); and before the line //funky headers!

add this line:
$contents = “\xEF\xBB\xBF” . $contents;

Hi there.
i downloaded and installed the plugin cause i thaught it is very usefull, but i am completly unable to activate it on two sites. Only showing the error message

Fatal error: Cannot declare class Order, because the name is already in use in /var/www/vhosts/123host.at/hg2.hgpowerglue.com/wp-content/plugins/order-export-and-more-for-woocommerce/inc/Order.php on line 674

Hi,

After updating the plugin the page builder of Enfold theme is no longer loading.
I see console errors related to load-scripts.php
After disabling the plugin things are working just fine.
Can this be fixed please.

Hi,

I am running a plugin on my website that is giving my sequential order numbers, and I when I export orders using this password, I would like to change the file so it is pulling $order->get_order_number(); rather than $order->id

I have had a look through the files, but I can’t seem to find where it is pulling the order id. Would it be possible to point me in the right direction?

Hi, we recently updated to WooCommerce 3.0 and are now getting a select2.js error coming from the WooCommerce Export Orders – PRO Plugin. This javascript error is appearing on the edit order page in the admin area, and is preventing us from being able to issue refunds via Stripe. We have had to disable the plugin for now.
