While using the free version, updating the status of an order (that already has an attachment to it) the attachment disappears after the update is complete. I cannot seem to figure this out. Is this something that is fixed in the premium version?
]]>Hi,
Congrats on the plugin.
I would gladly buy the premium version if there was a way for the customer to know there’s a download available. But then, if the customer did Checkout as guest they don’t have an account to see it. So, it would be even better to send this notification together with the Woocommerce Order Completed email, or to have the uploaded file included as an attachment.
Let me know if you are planning to do it.
Thanks!
]]>There is a annoying bug in this plugin.
If you edit the order again saving new things, a note for example the attached file disappears as the fields don’t keep the initial value loaded.
I have to keep inserting a new PDF file every time I do a change on the order resulting N identical PDF files filling the multimedia library !
We can’t install it there is a solution for this error this is the error code
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tgmpa() (previously declared in /membri/praticheonline/wp-content/plugins/order-attachment-for-woocommerce/libs/tgm/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php:2126) in /membri/praticheonline/wp-content/themes/financebank-17/saturnthemes-financebank/core/includes/libraries/class-tmg-plugin-activation.php on line 2119
can you help me please?
Hello, nice plugin. Will it send an email to the customer letting them know they have a download waiting for hem?
]]>Hello,
Firstly, thanks for this great plugin!
The plugin has a serious security bug.
The Order Attachment can to display for any user, just trying the order id in the address bar of browser.
Example: https://mystore.com/account/order/4556
Result: https://pasteboard.co/H6iV7q0.png
Fix: You just need to check if the order is from the requesting user. On this way, we can protect the attachment to the order’s owner.
I would be very happy with this fix!
Thank you!
