Hi, my customer purchased a license and shared her login with me. I’m her VA.

I need support, but I can’t find the support in her account. If you try to login at https://emotionalonlinestorytelling.com/support/ (which I used with my own account) the site asks me to login again, but then it says there is no account present for that client.

Also there is no license code to be found in her account, nor in the order confirmation.

Please help, we need to sort this urgently because of the client’s launch.

I love this plug in, it is exactly what I’m looking for, however I would like to use it on a non-wordpress site. The site I’d like to use it on is hosted on GoDaddy. Can I use this plug-in on GoDaddy? Any tips? Thank you!

When I shuffle the “folding_fan” type deck, does the plugin load all card front or is ONE card already selected in the background, regardless of what card back I choose?

Hi I love your plugin, it’s beautiful and light. I am confused on how to add the shortcode parameters that I see in the documentation. For instance I want the Title and maybe a description to show up when they pick a card. How do I make that happen? I see the parameters like show_title but I don’t know what to do with it. Where do I put it? Do I have to add some code somewhere or am I adding the parameters to the actual base short code? Sorry I’m not really familiar with the process.
