I can’t believe people think that all plugins that are free can’t have a paid version with more options … I use the free version for many sites for many years and it’s responsive, it’s fantastic and it’s easy to use … Sincerely, Ocala Website Designs LLC

One of the best ways for restaurants to manage their menus and brand.

OpenMenu provides features well beyond just the menu.

I agree with the other review and have to add that there are too many ‘rules’ for using OpenMenu and set up isn’t as easy as it could/should be. I don’t like that when all their rules culminate in a less then ideal scenario for a particular menu there is NO give at all, they will simply label your own menu as you have set it up and want it as ‘not approved’ which can take up to 24+ hours of wait time to learn. All too often I find that I am having to make much less appealing and less than ideal set up choices just in order to use this app and getting it to fit into the live site isn’t always as smooth as it should be either. Not being responsive is just a thumbs down in today’s world and the customer support fails for me 100%. I emailed them to get assistance with the fact that they wouldn’t approve the menu and tried explaining that the set up by their rules left me with no choice but to either exclude menu items or set them up in a redundant, unappealing way. Their response was ‘sorry you feel that way’. Their was no offer to help me work through the frustrating scenario, no effort to make me a happy customer which would have resulted in my upgrading the account to the pro version. Instead I am going to look for a competing product that is willing to work with my needs and provide actual customer support and works to retain my business.

Seems solid and not too complex to setup, but it really really really need to be responsive, it’s a mess on mobile, and don’t even work on pc with default 2014 wordpress theme

Another pay plugin that does not clearly state that you need to open your wallet in order to use it’s full potential.
Works ok, you can create menus… free, but no images can be inserted, no icons can be uploaded in free version. It costs $240/yr at the moment to get the “upgraded” version. I wonder why they show the thumbnails and nice images functionality in the screenshots if that is actually NOT included…
