Hi Support,

1 We like your Facility Reservation System Plugin and would like to consider utilizing it for our web portals for Condominiums.

2 We are looking for a WordPress plug-in for the booking of facilities in apartment buildings with certain business rules, i.e.:

? Limits WHO can book and the number of slots that can be booked each day
? BBQ Pits can only be booked at 4hr blocks
? Tennis courts can only be booked in 1hr blocks
? Public holidays have their own rules like maximum of 1hr for tennis courts
? Cancellation cut off dates also in effect

3 Is your system able to adapt to these business rules out-of-box?

4 Would it be possible for us to customize the rule changes?

5 Does it have WordPress user integration?

6 Do you have an API that we can use to call external code for additional business rules checking?

7 Can it support a self-service model, where users can add, edit and cancel (retire) bookings?

Deprecated function used in plugin

I installed this plugin on my dev site for testing, and got the following error in my dashboard:

Notice: has_cap was called with an argument that is deprecated since version 2.0! Usage of user levels by plugins and themes is deprecated. Use roles and capabilities instead.

Please update this plugin to use current functions.

I hate it when companies tout free only to know their product really is a limited version or trial version. Not free won’t use it again.

Like many others, this plugin is your link to a service you have to pay for…..at least if you want to make use of the basic services as it’s described here, such as receiving payments, and accepting more than 3 appointments a month…. i have no problem whatsoever with charging for the service, but be upfront about it and don’t pretend that you’re giving it away for free, when really, the plugin is simply BookFresh’s way of advertising to the WordPress community.
