Hello,
I’m experiencing a bug with Elementor + the OneElements plugin ( https://oneelements.com/ ).
The editor has stop loading or, when it loads, it never shows the “save” button.
I’ve got everything updated but I think some frontend javascript compatibility error is breaking the loading of the editor as in the console I get this error:
one-elements-elementor-admin.js?ver=1.3.7:79 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘$el’)
Could you please give me a hint on what could it be? I cannot uninstall the plugin.
Thank you very much.
As you probably know, WordPress recently deprecated the use of jquery-slick. As a result, multiple elements of yours (for example: logos and brands) report the following issue:
jquery-slick is deprecated since version 2.7.0 use swiper instead.
When can we expect the update to fix this issue?

]]>I just update OneElements – Ultimate Addons for Elementor to version 1.3.6, then got this error message:

Hi,
I’m Nicolas, I work with innovlight a French Company.
Olements is installed and used in our site for more than 6 months now but for a few days now, when activated, we get that message online:
Fatal error: Access level to OneElements\Includes\Widgets\Testimonials\Widget_OneElements_Testimonials::print_content() must be protected (as in class Elementor\Widget_Base) or weaker in /home/clients/14e96a3c2eb1f9ecbf3e7a17e11a2366/web/wp-content/plugins/oneelements-ultimate-addons-for-elementor_old/includes/widgets/testimonials/testimonials.php on line 1500
I desactivated it and the site went back but some of the plugin are now missing and the site is uncomplete and not pro. How can we fix that, I know there was a new WP version recently, is that a possible cause?
Thank you for your answer
Nicolas
I thought I’d found a good posts carousel but it doesn’t seem to animate at all.
I have 9 posts that are in the category selected. I want three across and to loop through all 9. I have 3 postsper page in query settings. display type of carousel.
Items per slide =1 makes the post huge. 3 seems ok
slides to scroll =1
Noting moves unless I set posts per page to 4 (or anything greater than 3) in whcih case the carousel spreads all across the page showing all the posts it can on the page width.
I want three posts to scroll one at a time continuously.
]]>Hi there
I am using your plugin for the first time for the purpose of the gradient button and header for Elementor.
I have found that when I have installed and used your plugin, it changed the padding of all my content to 16px on the frontend with the code below.
.elementor-column-gap-default>.elementor-row>.elementor-column>.elementor-element-populated {
padding: 16px;
}
The CSS above is found in: /wp-content/plugins/oneelements-ultimate-addons-for-elementor/frontend/css/one-elements-frontend.min.css
I love this plugin, but is there a way to disable this CSS?
Please advise
Thanks
Hey, it seems that once wordpress upgraded to 5.5 or 5.5.1 (not sure which one), this plugin started causing some problems that is preventing the elementor editor from loading. I’m able to make it load properly by disabling the OneElements plugin, but that isn’t really an option since there are multiple parts of my site that depend on this plugin.
This is quite urgent for us since it is preventing us from editing the pages with elementor. It would be great to know if you’re aware of this issue and if we will have a solution in the near future.
Thank you!
