The plugin is called Offline Updater, so my thought is that you can copy all the plugins that are of interest to you, and the latest WP install file, to a local repository on your computer or network… tell your install of WP to look at this local path, and it will update from there as opposed to www.remarpro.com?

I don’t see any configuration options on this plugin. My instance of WP is on a intranet with no internet connection, so I was hoping this would be a fast and efficient way of updating my intranet sites.

Can you tell me what this plugin is actually intended for?
