Latest WP and lastest plugin. Removed all other plugins but the messsage is not replaced.

It is possible for us to enable a customised no shipping options message for the basket page, but the message does not appear on the checkout although we have enabled this in the plug-ins settings.
This seems to be a problem with the Blocks based Checkout.
