Hi I am using a function to add GST in the price for other countries because we have the book price including GST so as not to confuse the customer. I have ticked the box to remove the GST but it still is getting calculated. If the shipping is $9.95 it adds $1 GST. Is there anyway to fix please.
add_filter( 'woocommerce_adjust_non_base_location_prices', '__return_false' );
Hey, just wondering if it is possible to also show the delivery time estimates (e.g. “Standard (2 to 8 business days)” or “Express (1-3 business days)” for the customer when choosing their shipping option during checkout, just to help them get an idea on what shipping service works best for them. Thanks!
Hi…is there a way of rounding the rates/postage? Such as: $13.25 would be $13 and $13.52 would be $13.50 and $13.86 would be $14.
All my products have been disapproved by google merchant centre because they don’t show a shipping method. I use Australia Post Live Rates, and that’s what’s showing in shipping method.
But maybe I didn’t do a proper set up because I think all products were ok before installing Australia Post Live.
The plugin itself is working fine-rates are showing at checkout.
I’ve got all the right weights and dimensions for each product, and set a default just in case any are missing
Any questions would be very welcome.
Heyya
I had a client purchase many rolls of material and it was at 22KG. for some reason the plugin in the cart defaulted to the $15 (default amount). I cannot locate as to why? As the person logged in and supplied their address.
Can you please let me know so I can fix and avoid happening in the future.
Thanks
Jess
Hi I really need the letter size for my customer and wondering if you will be bringing in this feature?
Can I set up AustPost Live Shipping so it calculates shipping costs based on “actual weight” and <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>not “Cubic Weight Equivalent.”
Should I install a plugin such as Woocommerce Weight Based Shipping?
Thank you
hi, I am using the Australia post live rates plugin and when I have item 1 in my cart the shipping comes to $28.60. then if I remove that and put in item 2 in my cart the shipping is $23.55.
the problem is when I add item 1 and item 2 at the same time in my cart – the shipping comes to $36.75 instead of just adding shipping for item 1 and item 2.
these items are quite shapely and bulky and can’t be posted together in a single parcel so must be posted as 2 separate parcels and therefore costs me more than the customer has been charged to post the items.
is there a button somewhere that I switch on to allow it to treat each item as separate parcel?
Hey guys
Loveeeee the plugin! It is amazing and so easy to set up.
Is there an option (I may have missed it), but if I add 2 products to card, the shipping calculator from Aust post only calculates 1 product. E.G. $15.00. When really it should count both weights and sizes of the items and bundle the price?
Thanks ??
Hi my client has asked for this but I cannot see the option:
The postage rate is for parcels. I think we can send it as a letter (C4, 229 x 324 x 20mm, Up to 500g,?$5.20)
I can’t add 500g as it rounds it up to 1kg. Is there anything I can do to make his request? He also said he doesn’t want to charge extra if they purchase more than one book but wants to connect to Aus post.
He is selling books so I am unsure on setting up shipping. Should I be adding a shipping class? I have not done that.
Hi I had to disable the plugin and remove woocommerce as it was showing blank screen for checkout.
Now I enabled your plugin again and it says critical error and the pages won’t work.
These are the errors in my host:
Uncaught Error: Undefined constant "IDNA_DEFAULT" in /home2/danteste/domains/books.websitescreated.com.au/public_html/wp-content/plugins/octolize-australia-post-shipping/vendor_prefixed/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/Client.php:195

/plugins/octolize-australia-post-shipping/vendor_prefixed/php-http/guzzle6-adapter/src/Client.php(57): OctolizeShippingAustraliaPostVendor\GuzzleHttp\Client->sendAsync()
This continues for a very long time. What could be the issue please.
I have shipping zones done for Australia and for all countries but I continually get the Shipping No shipping options were found for
Yes the product has the dimensions added although there is no shipping class as I am not sure what need there is for this.
API sent over email not working. Status is blank in general settings. When live rates is enabled, the website returns an error in the cart page and doesnt load: “There has been a critical error on this website.”
