]]>It’s currently not possible to access https://www.oasisworkflow.com due to being blocked by the firewall. The initial page load works but any requests after that are blocked
Looking at the browser console this seems to be because all the JS resources have had defer=”defer” added to them but it’s been quoted wrong and is being included as part of the src url (e.g. src=”https://www.oasisworkflow.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.min.js’ defer=’defer”).
This seems to be triggering the firewall to think it’s an injection attack of some kind as all JS resources respond with a 403 error. This then prevents any further requests due to the large number of blocked requests and future page loads just timeout instead, before eventually being completely blocked by the firewall
]]>Hello, we have Oasis Workflow pro and i have a few questions:
We use also WP Sheet Editor.
I am unnable to change stage and dont see the column step.
For example we have a person which coollect "definitions" (step one) - then it goes to the Source (main person) - Source can send it to Validator and back to the source and source can publish it if he approves it.
Here is a few issues:
1) Trigger of the flow - i want the flow to be activated when the new post is created by user (the automatic send is minimally per 15 minutes and requires keywords) - i want start the workflow by just adding a post via table same as button send to workflow in guttenberg editor (just by adding the post when i know workflow ID) - we are not doing it in editor but in table which automatically creates the post. (i done it temporary via tag, but thats wrong)
2) if a person which got rights assign a workflow to another user it doesnt change the stage in workflow (must be done manually - same as sign off.
3) Exactly would be awesome to have Workflow [Step] to be able to change for the user which is in this case Source ( he can do a step back to the person which is in first step or go to the revision).
The most important thing is:
Submit to Workflow… NOT as button, but as ability in table (or autimatically also not at autosend)
Our posts dont have tags - just creating posts without guttenberg and automatically send and activate the workflow.
I red all the documentation and i have not found anything like that.
Also missing column commentary in database of your plugin.
There is only two flows and they are separated (i know the ID′s)
Please do you have more documentation to this case?

Idea is when ther is seminar - there is one person typing the definitions intable (thats the first point) and it creates non public post which goes to the source (source can deny it or send it to review) - review will check it and send it back to source and source can publish it.

Especially the autosend and Submit to Workflow as there would be only one user Adding the post(Submitting to workflow) and one person able to Publish.

I’m using this plugin and everything is okay, but I have a problem when linking translation.
My website is multilingual En and AR . I try to link the English post to an existing AR post, The linking is working well during the workflow (copy of my post-name), until finalize my workflow it should reflect, but nothing happened it’s still linking to the revised version (copy of my post-name)

]]>I have tried different versions of the plugin and WP Core but the issue persists. The actual action does happen on the backend. When creating a post and adding it to the workflow it does get added, however, immediately upon submission, a fatal error screen is shown.

Our Workflow for ‘Approval Workflow – Academic Divisions (ONLY) aka the Tri approval seems to be broken. In that workflow, it goes from secretary > division chair > academic affairs > web admin (publish)
The division chair gets the error message “No users found for the given Team and Workflow assignee(s)” when they choose to approve from the form dropdown. Please check the team.” Our Workflow Teams version is 3.7 and our Workflow version is 8.9. I have renamed some teams, but find it odd that this is happening. Please advise. There are pages stuck in approval limbo. Let me know if I can provide temporary access to our website (https://www.niagaracc.suny.edu/).

On a site with a theme that uses webpack and babel (with no issue), once Oasis Workflow is activated an error is thrown in the console
Uncaught Error: only one instance of babel-polyfill is allowed

I installed the Oasis plug-in, as I think there might be potential for my organization to use it for reviews, etc. I have a couple of questions though.
1. I want to send the pages for review to people who are not wordpress users, to executives, legal, etc. Can it work with non-wordpress reviewers? I don’t see an option. Or do all reviewers need to log into wordpress?
2. I’d also like to set expiration dates on pages. Say, a page that needs to be reviewed quarterly. Can I do this? I know I can route it for review, and give it an due date, but I’d like to have that automatically kickoff based on expiration dates. Thoguhts?

we don’t know why but one post from our writer was being blocked by Sucuri firewall because of https://labs.sucuri.net/signatures/waf/sqli18-sql-injection-payload-detected/
Going deeper and analysing the problem, the issue is with the URL ………/admin-ajax.php?_fs_blog_admin=true which Sucuri detects as an SQL injection. Most probably using fs_blog_admin=true is not really save and can be easily abused. I have seen other plugins using it as well.
Is it possible to fix is somehow on your end?

I am currently testing your plugin in free version. I tested one of your default workflow: “Multi Level Review Workflow”.
I realized that an author could for example modify an article after the validation of an editor (1st level of validation). This means that when the article will be validated and published by the administrator (2nd level of validation) the article could be completely different from the one the editor validated.
Is this in your opinion a normal behavior?
Did I miss a configuration?
Does this problem also occur in your paid versions of the plugin?

We are looking for a workflow solution that can handle the following:
1) a user can come online and submit an order to request a very short infomercial.
2) when submitting the order, the user will choose an agent to work with.
3) Once the user submits the order and pay a certain amount so that the order will be routed to the chosen agent.
4) The chosen agent will review the order and develop a storyline working with the user. When the agent is complete with the work, the agent collects the payment, the order will then be forwarded to the video team to complete the production.
5) As the video is finalized, it will be posted on the YouTube or Vimeo for review. The user can request to download a clean copy of the video.
Based on the use case above,
1) Can OASIS handle the flow? I assume so.
2) we would like the user who places the order be able to track the order status, and work with the agent and the video team to review and revise the video ordered.
In this case, do we need to add an eCommerce plugin like WooCommerce? If an ecommerce solution is required, what else do you recommend?
3) How about payment processing and payment gateway? What should we use there? Or if this works with an eCommerce solution, just use the eCommerce solution.

everything works as expected when the reviewer sets the workflow action to “complete” and publishes the post
when the reviewer sets the workflow action to “unable to complete” and assigns the author again, the author gets the post in his inbox and can make changes
so far so good – but in this last step the author is not able to submit the post to the workflow again (the button is missing)
he is only able to save the post – but the reviewer will not be notified then, and the reviewer cannot “sign of” and complete the post
is there an error in my logic or am I missing something?

when I create a simple workflow “Assignment/Publish”, users of the assignment role get the “submit to workflow” button instead of the “publish” button when editing or creating a post
so far so good, but when the assignment users go to the list of posts in the backend, they can still publish a post via quickedit
is this expected behavior?

If you run https://www.reavesam.com/?_owpdf=f6cf226911, you know that its pulling up the posts with the “Utilities Sector…”.
But, if you run https://www.reavesam.com/our_services/reaves-utility-income-fund/?_owpdf=f6cf226911 the page automatically gets redirected to https://www.reavesam.com/our_services/reaves-utility-income-fund/ stripping the nonce part.
Can we do the same type of redirection on the home page too, so that we can re-introduce the nonce in the PDF generation process?
