I’m not sure why nuBuilder was on the last page of my search on wordpress, but it should have been on the first page. nuBuilder far exceeded all of the previous plugins I tested. Heck there were products similar to this that had been abandoned and not updated in years that the search engine placed before nuBuilder.
Not only is nuBuilder free, the support is great. The developers listen to the suggestions posted on the forums and any bug fixes or enhancements are released rapidly. nuBulder supports form creation for those that want something simple to complex. You’re able to “add” to the code behind in Javascript and in PHP to make it look exactly like you want it.

I have been using the former version of this plugin for two years (as a standalone installation) now and I have found it to be extremely well designed and very very flexible. I have not had a chance yet to use it as a plugin to WordPress I hope to soon. It has a lively forum and very conscientious hard working development team. I learnt of the plugin from their forums and I decided to come across and help get the ball rolling.
