Fatal error when trying to activate the plugin

Hello,

I am looking for an alternate for MS Access and find this plugin.
Is nuBuilder Forte still supported ?
I am not able to activate the plugin (on a new empty website), running on Win10, WP 5.9, PHP 7.4.1. I get the following error :

Does anyone know of a reference that explains how to use shortcodes to place a nuBuilder form on a page or post? Or any other technique to get that result. Any Help is welcome. Thanks

hi
we have wordpress 5.1.1 running on a dedicated linux centos 7 install:
apache – 2.4.6
php – 7.3.3
wordpress – 5.1.1

wordpress seems to be running fine as i can access all sections in the admin menu. i can successfully install and activate the nubuilder plugin from the plugin manager in WP.
once nubuilder is active, i get the nubuilder button at the top of the left side menu in WP.
when i click on the nubuilder button it shows the ‘start nubuilder’ button.
when i click on this, i get:
This page isn’t working 192.168.1.76 is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

i have tried re creating the .htaccess file and also defining PHP RAM to 64M.
i enabled a log file and captured the data below when i try and start nubuilder plugin in WP.

403 error when updating form info

hi there
we have a hosted service with the following
install environment:
MySQL – 5.6.43
PHP – 7.2
WP – 5.1.1
nuBuilder plugin – 1.5

i have installed the nuBuilder plugin in WP via the plugin manager within WP.
i am now following your Pizzeria how to guide.
i am able to create the initial forms (customer, menu , sizeprice etc) using the fast forms button on the builders tab.
i can see the forms that i created when i click of the ‘forms’ button in the setup tab.
when i try and rename the description and code in the setup/forms section ie:
table: customer
code: FF0 > CUS (as per you pizzaria guide) and then click the red save button i get a 403 Forbidden error.

if i open myPHPAdmin, i can see the tables have been created in the sql DB (table – customer, menu etc) so it seems that WP/nubuilder is talking to mysql.

any idea on what would be causing this?

I’m using WordPress 5.0.3 and if I open the SQL Builder this is the result:

Not Found

The requested URL /wp-content/plugins/nubuilder-forte/nuselect.php was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.22 (Debian) Server at mydomain.com Port 80
