As I understood, we can can only write one contact form id in NG google sheet connector setting.

I tried the plugin, for some reason decided to deactivate it and once I activated it again, the NG setting is not in Setting. I uninstalled and installed the plugin again and still the same !
what should I do now ?

Hello,

I did some tests on submissions to my form, and I noticed that the submissions that were sent at the same moment (i.e. as humanly possible, I clicked on the submit button on my phone and on my computer simultaneously) would not reach the google sheet even though the confirmation message was displayed, whereas those with a slight time separation (even if less than a second) would go through correctly to the google sheet.

Is it intentional or does the submission-system can only treat one submit at a time ?

This worries me as it seems to be very risky to make a lot of people submit at the same time (a class or some attending assembly for example).

I just installed your plug-in and followed both all your instructions and tried to find my answer here.

But I can not get this plugin to work.
First I installed the latest version of WP and then downgraded to 4.9.9
With the same results

Hello, I work for a company called “Panta” (Tbilisi, Georgia). Our admin URL is this:

We sell some products, and every time an order receives, we have to manually copy-paste the order data into Google SpreadSheets.

Is there any way (plugin, third party service, script or whatever) to automate this process? We need to parse automatically orders data from the www.remarpro.com server into the Google Sheets as new rows.

I am having trouble connecting with google sheet as it’s not working.
As I tried submitting it as it shows loading and not submitting at all.

If I push SEND button in CF7 form more then once before confirmation message “Your message was recieved succssesful.”, NS GS Connector save fields from form in more rows then one. Finallz I have 2 or more duplicate rows. Exist some workaround to figure out this unplessant effect? Thanks.

I’m having issues with the wrong time zone appearing on my google sheet. It automatically sets to a time stamp of UTC, but I am UTC -7 (West Coast, USA). I’ve checked the time settings on my wordpress account and google account and they are all set to the correct time. The correct time comes through on the email I get when someone fills out the form, but populates incorrectly on the form. So I’ve deduced that it’s an issue with the time setting on the plugin. Does anyone have any fixes to this issue?

I Installed this pluging to do a quick poll with my team and I’ve done everything by the book and STIL the NS connector does not get my data to my google spread sheet and I just need 2 items, name and 1 answer.

Plugin is saving all fields correctly except for when using pipes with a selectable field: https://contactform7.com/selectable-recipient-with-pipes/

For example my field name is state_email and it shows states on the front end, but the pipes convert to email on the back end. Neither state_email nor _raw_state_email is saving to the spreadsheet. Really would like to have both. Ideas?

I’ve created my Google Doc Spreadsheet and copy and pasted all the headings from my contact form.

I authenticated again with Google.

I made sure I’M using latest version of WP and NS Connector.

But nothing saves within the spreadsheet.

How to solve this error “12:01:50 PHP 5.3.28 Array ” please help me.

I’ve installed the plugin from within the Plugins page, copied and pasted the field names into the Google Sheet, carefully entered the tab name, sheet name, and ID; I clicked the link to retrieve my code from Google Sheets, copied and pasted it into the indicated text box. Just like a few of the other posters here, the contact form hangs with spinning arrows. The email is sent and received, but nothing shows up in the spreadsheet. Also, the setup image you provide shows text boxes for Login Email and Login Password, while my setup doesn’t include either. When I click on the ‘Download’ link next to ‘Debug Log’ a new tab opens to …/wp-content/plugins/ns-google-sheets-connector/logs/log.txt, which is empty.

Please advise.

Hello, wondering if it’s possible to add the hour & minute stamp as part of the Date. The Google-created form includes that, and my client wants it, but I can’t see a clear way to do it with CF7 & NS Connector.

This plugin is potentially exactly what I need, but I can’t get the free version working.
I have followed the installation instructions and created a Google sheet and contact form 7 exactly as per the screenshot and instructions. The Google access code field on the settings page states that it is currently activated. My Google account has two factor authentication set up, will this make a difference?

On submission the form gives the error message shown below and the debug log text file is completely blank.
