Coupon-activation-URL-not-working
There is a setting url in the Notification bar for activating the coupon. The customer coming to the product page but cannot activate the coupon.
This only works if the URL contains the entire domain, e.g.: https://www.wordpess.org/?coupon-code=blw20
But this is not good, because it redirects the customer to the home page, i.e. he leaves the product page.
It should work so that the coupon activation should work everywhere without redirection to another page!
Therefore, it should be enough to add only the coupon activation URL. You can test and fix it please. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time with my question. The notif bar will not load on mobile. It loads on my desktop set to mobile mode, but not on my actual phone. I have tried clearing my cache and “resetting” the notif bar. Could it have something to do with the delay?

I have a problem. Something probably got bugged during the deletion of previous notifications.
Going to the “all notifications” tab, I’m left with campaign number 3. I can’t delete it, after trying to delete it, a red box appears saying “1 notification deleted”. Unfortunately, it doesn’t disappear from the panel, and I can’t add new ones.
Each new notification save ends with the message that the notification has been published, but it doesn’t shows on the selected page or in the NotificationX menu.
Reinstalling the plugin did not help. After the reinstallation, the campaign was still visible. Nothing can be done with it.
Did you know solution?

After 2 relogs from admin panel it’s works… Campaign number 3 is not visible.

Nope, it’s not working correctly, I turn off campaign and it’s still shows on website. Also I add new campaign and it’s not working till I do relog on website… Also not working on mobile.

For example, instead of “John S recently puchased…” it would just say “J S recently purchased”.

We encountered a problem with the wp_options table size on our website when NotificationX is active. We are utilizing “sale popups” and a “notification bar”. The “sale popups” are related to WooCommerce product sales.
The table size increases from “300MB” to “3GB” in approximately two weeks, resulting in a significant database usage when “NotificationX” is active.

I am using the notification bar and chose a theme with a countdown. The issue I am having is when clicking a link on my site to view another webpage, the notification bar breaks, the text color changes, and the countdown design changes.
For example, the notification bar looks normal on the homepage, when I click to my shop pages or any other page, the text color on the notification bar changes from white to black and the countdown design changes to another theme.
]]>I’m using a notification bar on my website. I’ve set a 4-second delay, so it takes 4 seconds for the notification bar to appear after the page loads.

Before the notification bar appears, there is a lot of extra space added to my footer. However, after the notification bar displays, everything moves back into place.
For reference, I’m using the Elementor Hello theme and the Elementor Pro page builder.

]]>Hi! Basically, we built the NotificationX bar with Elementor. This issue does not appear on any other Elementor buttons, only with NotificationX.
If you try to click on the button, nothing happens, it works only if you click outside of the text area (check https://i.imgur.com/fOuiJch.png). The text & Icon element is not clickable.

]]>Hi, i have read over the support forum and i can see someone asked over 2 years ago if you could add in the option to specify what sized featured image to use for product images. Currently it set to load in a the full sized images into a small display box.
How can i change this as currently every time a popup opens its loading in roughly a 1MB file each time. Not great for optimisation.

]]>After the last update (version 2.4.2), there is a fatal error in the plugin. Doind a diff between the previous and the current version, I see a new if..then..else block has been added in the /includes/Core/Database.php file, inside the method get_where_query( $wheres ).
Here, you check the given WHERE clauses and, when the $compare value is “IN”, you expect an array for the compare. Unfortunately, it is a string and this makes the check fail. Since there are no more options for the value, an Exception is thrown.
Doing some debugging, I see that the value used for the “IN” (in my case it’s a single value, not a list, so I don’t know whether in that case it would behave correctly), is “(32345)” (yes, with brackets). This of course is not right as it should be an array with a single value “32345”.
I inserted a temporaneous fix (which I’m almost certain would work only for my installation), but I open a topic here so that you can correct the behaviour (I suspect, given those brackets in the value, that the error is in the code that invokes this method, but I think there should be an option where, after checking that the $compare is a “IN”, the second parameter gets (if needed) converted to an array – and those brackets removed, of course).
