This plugin could be what I am looking for, or close to it, but it does not appear to be actively developed and supported.
I would like to create a multiple-category contest/poll with three phases/periods – nominations, voting, and winners announced. Admin-approved nominations will become the options to be voted on in each category or sub-category. Nominations and voting will be limited to registered users and only one vote per user in each category or sub-category.
Has development stopped?

This plugin is not working for me. I have searched through your code, and am struggling to find where the Facebook and Twitter API’s are setup so that I can setup my own. Currently it says “petalert” when trying to connect to twitter.
Additionally, it appears as though I can connect to Facebook (although this is through another pet page), but then I get a pop up warming me that I need to check the facebook box. This box doesn’t exist for me, or in the screenshot for that matter.
