The reason is very simple, We have several plugins in this repo and several more plugins offered exclusively on our own site. In order for us to provide the best support possible we needed to find a way to keep it all in one place and have the ability to control the notifications so nothing gets missed. We have that in our ticket system but not here in the forums.
That being said, you can certainly post a question here on the forum but we cannot guarantee that we will see it.

Hopefully, someone is still checking in here. I’ve got a slight problem with the plugin, and frankly I’m stumped.
Ninja is the first WP gallery out of about 10 different ones that I actually got to work, so I hope I can resolve the problem.
When I view the gallery page on my site, the images all display one below the other in a single column. I opened ninja_gallery.php in the editor, but can’t find anywhere to change the display width. I know the directions say to style certain tags, but I’m not seeing a style sheet that refers to them – the only style sheet that shows up is the one for the admin section.
Any help you can give me would be appreciated. Thanks!

]]>I created a gallery, attached images, etc. Hit publish and view the gallery and this is what I get, “Error 404 – Not Found”. Is this plugin being supported now? The authors site doesn’t even reference it anymore.

]]>I use an older version of wordpress becaue my theme doesn’t work with 3 yet.
Ninja Galleries does not seem to work here ?!
Wpnj media tags show up but assigning tags doesn’t work and I can’t find ‘Ninja Galleries’ button at the Admin Panel.
Should I upgrade my site (and theme) to 3.1 ? Or am I missing something?
