Looks to be a capable backup solution…but the sticky point for most BU plugs out there, is Multisite use.

– Is this multisite-compatible?
– If so, will it allow subsite backups or the entire network?
– will it restore as well as backup?

I cannot say too often how impressed I am by the customer support I get from these people. It is friendly, timely, knowledgeable and they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Top class service from the dev, a credit where credit is due.

Initially I had a few issues with the plugin, but the dev was extremely helpful at fixing it.
