This is an awesome plugin which does exactly what I want, but I think there might be a small bug. I’ve test on two site and on both I found that the triangular submenu icon doesn’t rotate when a submenu is expanded. I this normal functionality or is that a bug? If it’s a bug, is there any chance of support with this.

first-page with sidebar-first and
second-page with sidebar-second
I am looking to find out how each of these to work individually from each other. In the widget area each navigation is called out and I place the Nice Navigation widget in each one to call out the wp_nav_menu, and in the pages I call out each template separately. Both are still linking to the first-page / sidebar-first even though the second is not pointing to the first parent?
Any ideas?
If this is not an option would you update the plugin to include?

I need a little help with the css for the page tree directory. My page names are so long that they will wrap two maybe three times on the widget display which makes it very hard to tell where one stops and the next begins. I would like to add a bullet to the beginning of each page name to make this problem go away. Any help wold be appreciated.

Hello there,
When you click on a parent, the children’s list expand, yet the parent’s icon does not change (from right arrow to down).
The arrow changes only when you’ve navigated to the child page.
Please advise.

]]>Whenever I try to expand a parent item in the menu, it expands and then goes to that URL. They should only expand and not go to the URLs when the arrows are clicked on. I tried checking “Click on parent = expand children (but don’t follow the link)” but still the same result.

The > image included with the plugin are displaying over the text for all top level pages, child pages are fine because they are indented.
I was able to move the image via the css file, from 3px to 6px but it isn’t far enough, the image starts to disappear to the left. What I need to do is move the page listing to the right. I have not been able to find the correct css tag/variable to make this change. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Please help. I can find no way of using a nice menu style that you have for front and back end that will work for a wiki type plugin. Pencil Wiki has a menu that will expand as you scroll down the list of wikis and show the children of the parents, all live links. Sadly this GUI isnt good for mobile so I desperately want to know how to do this as an expanding Directory Tree with these live links in a wiget form. Is this possible???

]]>When clicking on the parent in the Nice navigation, the parent page does not show. The only thing that happens is that the children pages shows under the parent and that’s good, but I would also like to see the parent page when clicked.
Also, when I click on a child page, I get to the page BUT the navigation collapses and only shows parents again, I would like it to stay open.

I am using nice navigation for a website. Everything works fine, but there is a nasty effect while the page is loading. All navigation items are expanded for a few seconds and then – when everything is loaded – they collapse to the normal view. Is it possible to omit this un-nice behavior?

I have 3 levels of navigation with only 1 node/page at the “root”, 8 pages beneath that, and various number of pages below each one of those.
I would like to have the first layer expanded by default, so the user doesn’t always have to click on the “root” link in order to see the list of 8 sub-pages below it.

Is it possible to order pages with the Nice Navigation plugin? It seems to just always display them alphabetically and there is no option to change it.

Unfortunately I am not able to make you plugin to work with the nice arrow feature as you illustrate in your screenshot.
When I choose, in function area, list pages the only think is does is to list the pages without any collapsible/expandable sub-pages, categories or posts as sub-menu items. While if I choose wp_nav_menu it creates a menu with collapsible items but without any arrows to indicate that this has sub-items.
Any help will be appreciated

]]>On click the children in menu bounce. I’m using the Travel Blogger theme. I get the same behavior using ‘list pages’ and ‘list pages as menu’ with and without ‘Click on parent = expand children…” but with “Click..” it never settles down.

]]>Very simply put – it does not work. God knows whats wrong with it, maybe some javascript incompatibility, but I run several plugins with no issues, and this one is the only one with problems, so screw it, I wont use it.
Plug-in works great except for one thing: the triangle icon/bullet by the parent element is pointing down whether the list is open or closed. Is there a way to change it so that the triangle points to the right when it is closed, and down when it is open?
