Hi there I love your plugin and it give such control over the status to be able to send an email to the customer at each stage of our process. Is there a way you can add html into the email so you use shortcodes for customer names and orders and embed websites to provide links to customers?
]]>Hello,
Since the recent WooCommerce update, status colors are not working anymore. All status colors are default WooCommerce colors.
Thanks
]]>Hello,
First of all let me congratulate you for the great plugin. It works as expected and is very useful.
But if I may suggest one feature – please add a checkbox that would point to woocommerce if the custom status “is_paid”. You could find a suggestion here:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/69372972/setting-custom-order-statuses-as-paid-in-woocommerce
In my case, I just added this filter in my funcitons.php file, but I guess it would be usefull to have this feature in the custom status configuration page.
Thank you once again
]]>Like the title says. Right now WooCommerce is not allowing to activate HPOS if this plugin is not updated or removed. Would be great to see the support for it as the benefits are great.
]]>The problem I have is that when someone pays online through my store Woo Commerce first starts the order status as Complete then Custom Order Status changes it to my custom status called Payment Complete. The issue I am having is I have a plugin that thinks if the status in Woo Commerce changes from Complete that, the order isn’t actually complete, and it reverses its functions. Why doesn’t this plugin bypass first changing the status to Complete since the custom status I set should show it as a closed order?
]]>Hi, is there a way for you to change the “manage_options” capability for another one related only to WooCommerce such as “edit_others_shop_orders” (same that WooCommerce uses for WooCommerce main menu)
Theres is a limited role I would like to activate this feature and can not have “manage_options”
The actual error is…
You do not have sufficient permissions to access this admin page.
Reason: The current user doesn’t have the “manage_options” capability that is required to access the “Order Status” menu item.
Is it possible to insert placeholders in the subject and content of the email, e.g. for the order number {order_number}?
Thanks
]]>Hello
For testing, ive created an order and a status. If i assign the status to the order and then delete the status in the plugin, it does remove the orders with the status .
That looks dangerous to me. I think the plugin should ask the user to change the status of the orders and anyway never delete any order.
tks
]]>Hi, thank you.
Happens to me, when I change the status of the purchase.
The woocommerce does not recognize the inventory,
And it allows to purchase more,
Which makes the purchase even though out of stock. -1
Is there a way to set, that will not allow a purchase in a certain status?
]]>Is it possible to set which new statues trigger an email to the customer?
Would be great if it created new statues to assign under Woocom -> settings -> emails.
Best,
James
Hi there,
how do I prevent that /ni-order-status/shipped and so on gets indexed? Why is it indexed in the first place?

]]>Is there a way to bulk change order status to my newly created status?
]]>Hi,
I just want to report a bug. If a cutom order status is longer than 20 char, it isn′t selectable.
It is because of the limit in the wp-core: “The order statuses are registered as post statuses with a limit of 20 characters.”
Maybe a automated error if a slug is longer than this limit will be fine.
Kind regards

]]>Hi!
I can’t create more than 3 additional order statuses. Is there any restriction to create as much statuses as I whant?
Thank you!
]]>This plugin should really adhere to mysqli by now. Do you think a version update could happen for PHP7 compatibility any time soon?
]]>When a customer completes payment for their order, I need it to automatically be put into “Awaiting Shipment”. I installed the plugin and created that status. It appears on the menu if I want to manually set it, but that doesn’t really help.
Is there a way to indicate that this is the status that orders should be set to when they are paid?

]]>the custom color of the order status is a good idea, but the little icon with a little color inside are not easy to read.
I suggest instead to permit to change the color of the whole row of each order. In this way to manage the orders and the order status will be very usable I think.
