Hi,
I went to Gallery > Gallery Settings > Basic Slideshow > Selected NO for “Autoplay?”
Cleared the cache of everything including my browsers.
And yet the autoplay is still at work on everything.
We are using many many galleries on many different pages on this site and do not want a slideshow / autoplay to be running at all.
How do I make the No Autoplay work so that there is indeed NO Autoplay?
Thanks,
Beatty
I used your plugin and see the problem here https://chtarchitects.com.au/projects-3/aged-care-retirement-living/baptcare-wyndham-lodge-werribee/

How can I solved this? Please help me as soon as possible.
Thank you
Looks like the plugin currently breaks link adding.

I am using the Next-gen Gallery plugin and the Next-gen Scroll gallery on a wordpress website. I’m using the theme Forever.
For several months now my gallery is not working as it should. In several albums, you can’t see the photos in large format but only as thumbnails in the slideshow.
I have tried to delete the plugins and add them again, tried to remove pictures and add again and tried to temporarily disable the two other plugin that I have.
It has worked before but since April this year, it works only in two of my five albums.
What should I do?

]]>My question is: Is there a way to put the thumbnails in the footerarea and the image to show in the contentarea after clicking?
This because I want the thumbnails fullscreen from left to right at the bottom of my site. And the image to appear in the contentarea when clicking on a thumbnail. To manage this I’ve placed the scroller in a custom widgetarea in the footer and styled the .scrollgallery .imagearea. with position: relative; top: -1100px. The expected result was a huge white space between footer and contentarea. Please help.

Hello everyone,
as I have read in many post I can not solve the problem of division by zero in nggScrollGallery.php on line 296, I uploaded many galleries but now all those that load I get the error.
I have already tried to update the metadata but does not change anything, but I noticed that if I remove the auto adjustment of the photos the error disappears, but of course the pictures are unwatchable.
I’m stuck help me!
Thank you!
Hi
One of my clients is running soliloquy for the homepage slider and using nextgen with your scroll gallery plugin for the galleries. Recently the homepage kept crashing and the slider stopped working, I have nailed it down to a conflict with your plugin which when switched off fixes the problem. I don’t really want to source a new gallery solution so is there anything that can be done?
Many thanks
Kat
]]>Hi, I have istalled BMo Expo and it looks really good – the only problem is that the arrows don’t show. If I click to the left or right of the pictures it will move to the next one but the arrows aren’t there so most ppl wouldn’t know to click to the left or right
]]>I encountered a problem where the img tag would have style information setting the width of the image and max-width to 0.
Under Lines 288 – 297 I noticed that the method for acquiring image size was changed from PHP getting the image size info to getting it from NextGen Gallery.
There was a error with NGG where it wrongfully serialized the width as 0 instead of the image width of 1000.
This lead to cascading errors causuing NGG Scroll Gallery to think the image is 0 wide and resulted in a blank page.
I have fixed the bug in nggScrollGallery.php Lines 288 – 297 by adding a redundant check to see if the image width is null, in which case PHP acquires the width from the image instead of from NGG.
Please incorporate this fix into your Plugin and put out a official update.
The NGG Album also changed the file extension from .jpg to .jpg_backup so it seems NGG had a bug that lead to NGG Scroll Gallery having a bug. :\

Under photo gallery, we get an error message when we click on the slideshow, regardless of which gallery we choose to view. As you can see, the captions are not filled but instead of not showing at all, they show that small white box.
The weird thing is that on that other website of mine –> https://fr.yoga-laurence-lhermitte.be/galerie/petits-yogis/ecole-ste-marie-fraternite/
it doesn’t do that, although they use exactly the same theme and NG Scroll Gallery settings are identical.
In settings, both “useCaptions: (boolean) use captions or not (IE7 is not supported)” and “useDesc: (boolean) use the image description as caption” are checked.
For info, on both websites:
– The gallery design is “Not extra design”
– Here is the additional CSS, in my theme:

After changing the featured image on a post for my scroll, I’m now getting the following error message above my content on that post (and that post only):
Warning: Division by zero in /home2/graphic/public_html/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-scrollgallery/nggScrollGallery.php on line 296
This site is running the Minimatica theme & the plugin did have an outstanding update. I’ve updated the plugin and cleared the cache in my browser, but still have this message… several times.
I’ve gone to the plugin editor, but it doesn’t actually show anything, so I can’t even find line 296.
Can anyone help me with this please? Here’s a link to the post: https://graphicconcretesolutions.com/overlays/
And I’m not very experienced with code, so clear & specific instructions would be appreciated! Thanks, Lorna

Hello everyone,
thank you for downloading and using my plugin! The great success of the plugin has made me very happy.
Few months ago I decided to develop a completely new version from sketch.
Based on jQuery, with a new HTML structure, better usability and more features.
I am proudly present you the BMo Expo.
I look forward to your downloads and feedback.
Best regards
Benedikt
Hi, I’m using this plugin for a photography website, I am curious if it is possible to show 2 or more images in the imagearea. I mean, currently I can view one image inside the imagearea, but is it possible to show multiple images? Thanks. ??
