Very easy to integrate and with multiple design options.
The add-ons are great for PDF output for example, payment systems…
Overall, for me, it is one of the most complete.

Was having issues with bootstrap compatibility. After proper diagnosis Paul / Basix support jumped in and fixed it! I can only assume this was not an overnight fix and hence big thanks for taking the time and providing spectacular support. Based on this experience I can wholeheartedly recommend this plugin.

Form doesn’t work, it doesn’t send notification to admin

Admin panel is quite slow to load
There are a lot of very good forms these days and there is no reason for me to buy from a publisher that doesn’t respect customers.
I wish I WordPress could have a lower star score and I will rate this plugin with the lowest star

We have been using NEX-Forms for two years to our complete satisfaction. The paid pro version with its free add-ons is worth the money because it leaves almost nothing to be desired when creating a wide variety of forms. At NEX-Forms, we also appreciate the one-time license fee (in contrast to subscription plans) with lifetime updates and 6-month support by the developer. If you have a problem, you will be presented with a solution quickly (usually within a day). If you need support again after the first 6 months, you have to buy a support extension, but it has a fair price. If possible, the developer also responds to feature requests, which he takes into account in the next updates. We can highly recommend NEX Forms.

This has probably got to be the best experience we’ve ever had dealing with a developer.
The plugin is beautiful and works well. There was an issue regarding one of the functions we required, but the developer responded to our query within minutes and tried to assist us in getting it sorted. Although they tried to get it working for us, there was an issue somewhere in our WordPress setup preventing it from working properly.
The developer got in touch with us around 2 weeks later to inform us that a new version was available that would most likely fix the issue we were experiencing.
All in all, an excellent experience and a stunningly beautiful plugin.

NEX-Forms “free” version is useless since it doesn’t even submit a simple form.
It forces you to but the pro version! Also it loads lots of css & js dropping the page speed.

Til the end of August, the plugin was working very good. Then, without any warning, the developper change the plugin, so that if you didn’t have an activated (paid) license, you would not get any notification anymore when someone submit a form. 1 month after this change I didn’t know about, I saw on the plugin page, that 2 people contacted me. I could only see that they contacted me 30 days ago. Could not read what they wrote me and i didn’t got any notification. I had to buy the plugin to read their submission. They wanted to buy something very expensive for me. But now it was 30 days too late, I tried to contact them, but they were not interested anymore. So you should really not trust this developper, and actually they are absolutely not GPL. This free version is 100% useless. Create form, but you cant use them, what a joke!

You are just wasting your time if you download and install the Free Version of this plug-in. Granted yes, you can create forms, however, you ‘cannot’ have these submissions sent to your email, nor can you use the submissions feature built into the plug-in itself. Given this, it renders the plug-in completely useless unless you upgrade to the Pro Version of it.

Nex Forms is one of the best forms out there. UI is great and its functionality. Worth the buck. Customer service is excellent.
The test trial is enough for us to see that the form is working as we needed. Its a simple form that has lots of add on. We used for compliance for students application forms for COVID protocols. We added a signature addon and image uploads.

The new update really improved much the graphic in my opinion, reccomended to create both easy forms both more advanced forms with conditional logic.
