]]>I just downloaded and installed… it seems to still have a lot of problems:
[caption] tags show for the imageIf I enable the Slider and change the slider orientation to vertical the keyboard arrow keys will not scroll down the page, the slider takes the command from the keyboard and slide up or down as per keyboard input but the whole page does not scroll up or down using keyboard arrow keys.
with slider orientation changed to Horizontal keyboard arrow keys will work to move page up or down using arrow keys. so you need to check why it takes the whole command from keyboard arrow keys.
Also as a general feedback you should make the slider image click able too. because not all the visitor will click on the title, if the image is click able it is very easy for the visitor to navigate through site.

Is there a way of showing the tags instead of author, when the Display Author option is marked? I tried some changes with get_tags() in newstastic-post-slider.php at the following lines
if( $show_author == ‘on’ ) {
$user_info = get_userdata( $cur_item->post_author );
$meta_author=$user_info->user_login;
but I’m not so good at it and had no luck! Any ideas? ??

I like this plugin but have a strange behavior : when displaying my posts, the plugin cancel the 3 last caracters of the title. I have tried to place different values as title lenght but nothing helps.

how can i select a blog to show last post in network system?
First issue I experienced was while activating the plugin: A fatal error due to an unexpected “}” on line 41, so I removed it and it activated.
Second issue. When attempting to add to a widget area, the widget options disappear upon clicking anywhere inside the options panel. Also if I scroll down a bit the options disappear as well.
Seems like none of the latest post scroller plugins work these days, very frustrating!

]]>Hi was just wondering how to change the spacing of the title text above the photo. I’ve fot this running on the right side of my page and love the idea but the title text is literally crammed above the photo and doesn’t look very good.
Also was curious about the customization that enables little buttons at the next and previous because those are also crammed together and look bad.

]]>This would have been the perfect little widget for scrolling customer testimonials but doesn’t work. ‘Next’ and ‘Previous’ doesn’t work, scroll doesn’t work and the ‘Post Number’ and ‘Post Number to Show’ doesn’t work correctly. The options are perfect for what I need but since this plugin is so badly broken it is completely useless for me.

]]>Unless it’s so obvious that I don’t see it, I don’t see any instructions on how to actually USE this plugin – there’s no tools/settings link in the dashboard, nothing in the readme.txt file and getting on the developer website doesn’t work.
This could be a decent plugin, but I will never know. Deactivate. Delete. Try next one.
