I have installed the news ticker benaceur plugin in the footer of my domain https://www.amrutadunia.in/
But I am facing two problems whose setting I don’t find. Can you check what is the issue?
- I have set the title “Breaking News”. But only breaking word is showing.
- In mobile, the title is not showing.
Kindly check the same and let me know how can I solve those problems.

We want to add a secondary title in our posts for that we are using the secondary plugin in the posts, but when we added the tags in the title format settings, the tags are appearing in the site as well.

I have installed the plugin on my website everything works fine,
but there is one issue/bug I found when you set the Hide after time to ( Get only posts published less than: 8 Hours ) it still shows posts that have been published about 10 hours, 11 hours ago!
hope you can fix it in the next update.
Hi! Awesome plugin, but I have one question left:
how do I disable the ticker for other pages than the starting page? I inserted it there with shortcode (it’s set to ‘shortcode-manually’) and it works like a charm.
But it appears also on the very bottom of all other pages. How do I turn that off?

I’m using secondary-title and in settings I can use HTML code so I used the br tag to separate my first and second title
Now in your plugin I don’t see the second title , it shows the first title

I’m wondering if it’s possible to add a toggle button with an icon or just text “show/hide” that can hide the ticker and set a cookie to remember the status of the ticker to disable it. There’s a field to add “Script customization or adding (java/jquery)” but I’m not sure how to add that button in the first place. Thanks for your help.

]]>Un-doubtily the plugin is amazing. So far i have two observation
When i was installing it was showing the following error
<b>Warning</b>: A non-numeric value encountered in <b>plugins/news-ticker-benaceur/style-anim/no-scrollntb-two.php</b> on line <b>340</b><br />
So i simply removed that code and it start work, i guess it is related to screen size.
2nd suggestion is UI needs alot of improvement.

]]>On my website, the latest news slider normally slides through 15 recent posts. THis morning i noticed that it does not slide anymore but just displays the last item Listed. I have disabled and re-enabled plugin, checked all the settings and stil no luck.

It works fine, the News runs from the right to the left. The last News goes alone to the left. After this the show starts again. If it possible that the first news are starting direct behind the last news? So there is no white space bevor restarting.

I’m using Scroll-H mode for latest news on top of the page but the problem is the reader have to wait to see latest news on sliding text because the text starting right corner of the page. Is it possible to put a option to start the text in middle of the page with a animation? (like fade)
]]>The problem appears when Smart Slider 3 Pro plugin is activated.
News ticker with Scroll-H animation always goes RTF, no matter what I set in the settings.
I’ve tried the others animations and they doesn’t run smoothly for most of them.
The text appear or disappear quite randomly.
Any idea of where I can look at to find a solution and have Smart Slider 3 Pro and your plugin running well together?

On the lastest WP the shortcode content is displayer before the content of post:

If the title is too long, it will not display on mobile phone (small window) – I believe the title is just padded down out of view – but Im not expert.

I’ve installed your plugin on a wordpress theme , theme which is located at https://jointswp.com and which is based upon Foundation 5 framework. There is a conflict or something between foundation framework and your plugin on mobile devices .
Actually on smaller browser windows, when you shrink the whole browser to view the mobile foundation theme version: https://jointswp.com/demo/ your plugin works but the drop down (off canvas or top drop down) doesn’t work. Not sure which maybe the reason.
There maybe a js problem.

I am a new user of WordPress. I have installed Smooth Slider to the site. but when I am installing the news ticker benaceur in the site it is making problems to the slider. Like there is coming background black color, image size is getting smaller & total slider area is getting smaller then previous.
Plz advise, how to solve this problems with news ticker benaceur & Smooth Slider usage both at a site.
