Normally my blog posts did not contain a image or video. But without a image there is a large empy area before my posting on the Facebook Group, which is not looking nice.
Is there a chance to disable posting a image or video? Found nothing in the settings. If that cannot be disabled, where can i store a image which will always will be used?

]]>I post to my WP.org site from outside WP (directly from the browser). This system works perfectly for posting (including categories and tags). However, I find that posts done this way are not being distributed by NP unless I first go to the post in the admin site and then enter the edit-post mode and then update the post from there. Thus it seems that NP will only distribute posts that are created or edited directly within WP.org. Is this a correct interpretation or is there something I can do with configuration or settings or process to have this work as desired? Any help is sincerely appreciated.
]]>I have set everything up as instructed. The LinkedIn Groups appear in the Network Account List on the WP.org plugin settings page. But when I click on Options for one of these accounts I get this message: “Selected Publication was not found. Please configure the Publication again to set options.” I have other accounts (Twitter, Facebook) that seem to be operating normally so this particular problem occurs only with LinkedIn Group accounts. Can anyone guide me through this? Thanks.

]]>This is very weird, and official support via help ticket isn’t very helpful. I am paying a monthly membership for this service.
Two weeks ago, the posts stopped to publish only on the facebook page. I have also a twitter account configured, that one works fine.
But with the facebook page, if I check the “Publish Results” on the wordpress plugin config (Network Publisher, this one) all posts are in red and say:
“An error occurred while posting to the Facebook Page. Please try posting again later.”
And this has been going on for WEEKS.
Weird thing is, that I tried to add another facebook page API and the posts publish OK from the same wordpress site, with same configuration.
I already tried to delete the APIs and generate them again, same problem.
Help desk ticket support just replied:
“Content is getting published. Only issue is with your Facebook Page, for which Facebook is not providing any reasons.”
AND THATS IT! I doubt facebook will help me with this, but there is nothing I can do or change or tinker on the facebook page.
The only difference is that the content gets published on the newer fb page, and not on the older, with many likes and content old-one.
Someone had a problem like this? Any help would be appreciated.

]]>I had this working on two websites. The Facebook authorizations kept expiring and I had to go in an manually add them again. Then, finally, they decided the sites could no longer have more than two networks unless you PAID for it, so I’m scrapping this thing. The limitations should be stated up front here, not after you’ve been untold hours getting it working, then having it stop working, then WHAM! it no longer works with the networks you had configured without upgrading. No thanks.
]]>Since the last update when trying to use the post box and when an image is attached the post button is hidden and I am unable to access it. It appears as if a scroll bar is needed to access where the post button is.
All of my blog posts contain an image so as it is I am unable to use the post box and would like to be able to use it again.
I would also love to have the option to repost a blog post to the networks from the edit post page.

I mistakenly deleted the website for the Publisher and now that I’m trying to add it again I receive the message “This website is already added by another LinksAlpha.com ccount. You will have to Upgrade your account to be able to add this Website”. Why is that? Isn’t it supposed to be linked to my account?
Is there any way to fix it without upgrade?

I was about to setup autopost from my blog to Plurk just now. Then I found this plugin and I thought I finally got the right solution. I installed it, activated it right away and was ready to get the API to make it work. To get the API I had to signup to LinksAlpha which is not a deal breaker by itself. However upon clicking the “Add plurk account” I got the notification to upgrade to pro account to get it done! What the hell is this? Nowhere in the plugin description mentioned about there’s a service you’d have to pay for, and that was nowhere to be found on the LinksAlpha website either! Yes, there’s no such mention of “Pro/Premium account” in the frontpage!
This is kinda deceiving to me, and on the other hand the information feels like misleading. I wouldn’t mind if it was stated right in the plugin page or in LinksAlpha’s index page but since it was done in a way like they’re trying to hide the truth (that would only be revealed once you registered) then I can’t continue to use this because who knows there might be more strings attached once I paid for it? I immediately uninstalled the plugin and I would NEVER recommend it to anybody, no matter how awesome it is to other people. Yeah it might work great but that is no point if it makes me feel like a victim here. Sorry but I will write about this in my blog too and I don’t care if people agree with me or not.

]]>Just think that some of these plugins should warn you ahead of time that they charge money for things. False advertising at its best. I was looking for a WordPress to Tumblr exporter (auto) and this came up, seemed like a good deal until I found out it wants money for anything except Facebook, google, or twitter. I can do those places without charge from a zillion different plugins.
Shame for money hungry developers.
]]>I am running LinksAlpha on WordPress 3.3.1 using Network Publisher 5.0.1. I have paid for a premium account, followed the Quick Start guide and successfully set up my LinksAlpha account, added my Facebook and Twitter networks, and pasted my API key into the WordPress plugin. My networks appear in my WordPress Dashboard under Plugins > Network Publisher, the “Publishing Method” is set to “Direct” and I have entered “Facebook” and “Twitter” as my filters. This same information appear in my LinksAlpha dashboard.
All good, except that it will not publish my posts. When I click “Publish” on the LinksAlpha site I receive the error “Mixed-mode configuration detected for selected website.” No amount of re-installation or following of instructions seem to correct the problem.
Any advice would be appreciated.

]]>I have asked this question twice before and have gotten no support: I changed domain names. It is updated and correct on the Links Alpha web site but Network Publisher still uses the old domain name when publishing posts. Other LinksAlpha plug-ins installed after the domain change use the correct domain name.
And when I do publish, the Links Alpha web site then shows the old domain AND the new domain. I delete the old one but the same thing happens again. If I delete and re-install Network Publisher with a new API key, the same thing still happens.
The problem MUST be hiding somewhere in my site but I can’t find it.
I asked for support on this like a month ago. No love. Am I going to get help or not?

BUT, I can see the “Network Publisher” box on the right column, and the checkbox “Publish this Product to configured Networks” is checked. So why do they not get published?
I’m sure it’s just a quick fix… anyone?
