Hi, netcash is not redirecting back to the website after payment but stays at the Netcash Transaction status pages showing the payment that was done details. Also on WordPress in the orders tab it shows the order as Pending Payment still?

Hi, I’ve been asked to troubleshoot why the redirect to Netcash doesn’t take place after the customer places the order on Fempreneurs’ website. Instead, it stays on the order-pay page and displays a nondescript “Pay via Pay Now” button at the bottom. There’s no immediate evidence of any errors, however it’s not redirecting. Are you able to assist with this issue please?
