When I ran the update for the plug-in wordpress crashed. I logged in via Recovery Mode and found this error. I’m running WP 6.62 / Theme Enfold. How can I get the plugin functioning again?

We ran an experiment for a couple months and a number of website users ended up submitting forms 2x. Not duplicate submissions, but it was probably not clear that their form was submitted the first time. This happened with approx 10% of submissions, so we stopped the experiment.
Do you have any ideas why this might be occuring? Do you know if Nelio is compatible with Kinsta cache? WPForms? Do you guys offer custom support services for your product?

]]>I have set up and started a test with 2 different Elementor Single Post Templates for a custom post type. However, I do not see any visits or conversions displayed in the backend (I have visited pages from a different device and performed conversion action).
I have checked the box “Load variants using?nabAlternative?cookie” in WP-Rocket, and cleared the cache.
I can see the second version of pages when I use ‘?nab=1&nabforce’
Maybe there is something else I am missing?

Half way through a test it looks like the JavaScript for the plugin has stopped working.
We were using custom JavaScript events to do some tracking using the provided nab.convert(x, x) function.
However, from the console I can now see the following errors:
– Uncaught ReferenceError: nab is not defined
– TypeError: nab.convert is not a function
We’re not running any caching or JavaScript optimisation plugins at the moment on the site and we’ve got the server caching settings disabled. We are running the DNS via CloudFlare and I have tried disabling our cookie plugin but no luck either.
I’m a little stumped as to why this would stop working. We can see that the events stopped being tracked on the 16th August, if that is of any relevance, but as far as I can see from our side, no one made any changes to the test, the pages/variants, and we hadn’t performed any maintenace/updates around this time.
- We’re using the latest version of the plugin
- It’s compatible with out WP version
- We’re using the right PHP version
Would appreciate a speedy response on this if possible.

Im having a problem with the plugin, it messes up my product page after We finished the test.
It is just auto redirecting to the B version no matter what, cleared cache both on the front end and on the back and still it is like its cached.
Cleared Varnish cache too…
Hi, I’ve created a test which when a CTA is clicked, either opens a form in a popup, or opens it in a new page. I’ve tested that the custom JS is working for the behaviour, however after setting the test live, it does not appear to be working at all.
I’ve checked the browsers console and there doesn’t appear to be any errors relating to the plugin, nor am using a JS Optimiser that would be messing with Nelio. In addition, I’ve cleared the providers cache so that the latest site is being served.

However, when I view the frontend in incognito mode using ?nab=0 for the control version and ?nab=1&nabforce for the variants, the changes are not reflected. my issue is that the Page views of the two variants are showing up, but I cannot track any conversions. The Conversion-Goal has the right thank-you-page attached, but no matter how often I test it, conversions do not show up in the dashboard. I have read that a speed Plugin might be interferring with the tracking – I use Seraphinite Accelerator. Do you have any experience with this plugin causing problems with Nelio?

Although, I would like to be able to rely on Google Analytics to thoroughly track funnel steps according to the experiments I set up with the plugin.
Is there any documentation to help me identify each session ?
The idea would be able to clearly mark a user as being part of :

I have a wordpress website where I am using this plugin.
There I have a “How It works” page where I give descriptions about services we provide.
There is a CTA button in the original site “Book A demo” which redirects to the Contact US page of my site.
but in version testing I have changed the button text to “Contact Us” having the same link as the old live one . But while the test is paused, when I click preview It still shows “Get a Demo”.
But here is the thing , when I open the testing version’s editor It shows “contact us” as it should be and also in the editor’s preview.
Things got more interesting when I ran tests live.
I thought It might be a minor issue in the plugin , so when I make the test live Issue might be fixed.
but it went too bad . When my test gone l;ive it also showed “Get a demo” as the original one.
I will need help with it .

Then I created a Nelio Test with the Custom Post Type Template and selected my active product template. I then selected existing content as the variant and selected my newly created Elementor product template. This worked, but the Test is not getting any views. ]]>The goal of the current test is Woocommerce purchase. The scope is set to track only pages that contain “cart” or “checkout” in the URL. The status of the purchase is set to “completed”. That works pretty good. However, we constantly miss 10 to 15 % of actual completed purchases. That’s not too bad. However, can we increase this rate? Could we improve the setting somehow?
