Why is there a need to add a plugin to do what admin can already do?

I’ve noticed that Nav Menu Collapse prevents to create new menus on my site: an error is thrown in frontend every time i try to, no details in the notification.
Disabling the plugin solves the problem.

It might be related to a plugins conflicts on my install, i didn’t dig more further nor checked the server’s log, will do if i have the time.

I have received notice from my server of malicious files specifically in this plugin. I have reinstalled the completely clean web and again I suffer attack through this plugin.

Question:
Footer menu widgets to be automatically collapsed (accordion) on mobile devices, but accordion to not be present on PC devices?

Simple, visit Yoast website (https://yoast.com/), his footer is open by default on PC devices (accordion is not present at all), BUT automatically collapsed (accordion) on mobile devices.

Can your plugin accomplish this feature? If yes, please provide me an demo link.

For mobile devices to have a long footer it is not user friendly!

Not sure why but the plugin is installed, I can select menus, press “Collapse” and Save Menu but it does not work.

Hi, is it possible with some settings when clicking on submenu item, this keeps expanded instead of collapsed? When it collapse, user can’t see the submenu items.

This plugin is a vital change in the default WordPress menu editing behavior. However, I’m finding that with it installed and activated, editing menus has become VERY tedious because of delays. The longer I’m working on a menu (or the more edits I make) the more the delay becomes pronounced. I’m wondering if it’s something to do with variable handling? In any case, once the delay gets longer than a few seconds it becomes next to impossible work with the menu… and almost guaranteed that a change doesn’t get saved if I navigate away before a previously clicked button does it’s thing.

Hello – what’s the difference between Nav Menu Collapse and Nav Menu Manager? I see both in the repository and they look mostly the same.

I had missed your message entirely, but noticed it a while back and finally released a version that contains the nested child counter. Please take a look and let me know if you have any issues.

Thank you for this plugin, I have searched a while now and finally found this plugin (it should be easier to find it!).

However I have a suggestion to your plugin, in order to develop it further.
Is it possible to put a counter on each nav item that have child items, kind of child counter?

See this plugin https://www.farinspace.com/wordpress-sidekick-plugin/ that we use for the moment but need to replace it because it hasn′t been updated in many years.
