Hello. It’s possible to display Appointments on the WordPress web site using our plugin? Thanks in advance

When I view the HTML I can see the correct time in the data-time field (6:00 AM PT in this case).
However, the displayed time on the button appears to be a UTC time, which is wrong.

Hi Mikeill,
I’ve just installed your plugin, thanks a lot for making it available.
I’ve set up the credentials with my dev account.
I can see the site details so I assume this is connected properly.
When I use the below shortcode it displays:
[mz-mindbody-show-schedule]
Previous Week – Following Week
No Classes To Display (Mon, Mar 22 – Sun, Mar 28)
I tried with the sandbox location but mo more luck:
[mz-mindbody-show-schedule account=-99]
Any idea?
Thanks a lot
Romain
]]>Hello,
I am not able to install your plugin. It says the following : This plugin doesn’t work with your version of PHP.
Can you help?
]]>This is Mike, the developer.
When upgrading you may lose your previous settings.
If this happens, search your database via CPANEL > PhpAdmin for the string: mz_source_name.
That will pull up the mz_mindbody_options and you can copy them from there.
Sorry for any trouble.
]]>I have been using the MZ plugin for a while to display our MindBody schedule and it seemed to stop working recently for no reason. So I logged into my MindBody developer site and recreated the API key and then I tried to enter the new information on WordPress under the MZ MindBody settings and it just won’t save the information that I’m entering. I’m entering the source name, location ID and key and leaving the others blank and nothing happens. There is no button to save the information and I don’t see any response below. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks,
Fadia
Hello, there were 2 errors occurred after I installed the latest plugin version 2.4.5 and I couldn’t activate it though.

]]>I’m using MZ Mindbody plugin on my WordPress site and when I select following week schedule the 200 error came up. Because I still don’t have following schedules yet.
Could you please help me handle this error like just showing ” No Schedule “?

]]>I am using the latest version of your plugin (2.4.2)
and I have the mind-body schedule linked using your plugin.
You can see it here : https://www.missfitexercise.com/timetable-and-class-booking/
The problem is that some of the classes are displaying twice, this was not in the previous versions. I think this issue came from the version 2.4.1 onward.
I have made few customization but only in the design, I even tested the schedule as original plugin without any customization but the classes were appearing double in that original code as well.
But when you go to Next or Previous week, then this error do not appears!!
Refer to this image for better understanding – * Reference Image for Error *
Can you please have a look and can guide what is wrong with it…??
Any help will be appreciated very much.
Thanks
Jasdeep..
Hey, thanks so much for the work developing and supporting this plugin! I have everything up and running and I just noticed that the schedule will not display on the mobile version of my site. I am using Enfold. Also tested with TwentySixteen theme and all plugins disabled… You can see what I am talking about on https://www.studiobevernon.com/ or https://www.studiobevernon.com/classes
]]>Hi!
I’m trying to make that customers will be able to book a class from the website.
After I register and then login on the page (usung shortcodes [mz-mindbody-signup] and [mz-mindbody-login]) everything looks fine, no errors shows.
But this has no effect at all on schedule grid view. Still need to login which redirects me to mindbody login page.
Also login on mindbody with credentails that were created with [mz-mindbody-signup] is not working.
Am I doing sth wrong? Any way to fix that?
Thank you!
Best,
Gordon
It looks like MZ is over writing a the container class in my theme. There is a _grid.scss file running from a bowercomponents folder that is breaking the grid on my theme. How or why this is running I have no idea, but it is only happening when I use the MZ short code. Cant this be rectified please?
]]>hello
why when I put 2 shortcode [mz-mindbody-show-schedule] and [mz-mindbody-login] in one page appears an error “Error getting classes. Try re-loading the page.”

]]>Hi,
I just started using this plugin and it’s great! Thank you for developing it!
I’m able to display our class schedule without any problems but our staff list does not show up. I’m using the shortcode [mz-mindbody-staff-list]. I tried it with the test site ID and it worked but with our site ID it doesn’t. I was wondering if it had anything to do with our staff being called Therapists in our MindBody interface. I can see the therapists listed in the class schedule but they do not show up in the staff list. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

]]>Hi there,
Just wondering if there is a website shortcode for this page on my mind body account?
Online Store > Services > Group Training
Heres the link

Thanks so much,
Clayton
Is it possible to get the schedule to display events inline with classes? For example:
July 7
—
2-3pm Yoga Class
3-4pm Stretching Class
4-5pm Inner Health Event
Currently it seems to only be posting classes.
]]>Is it possible to show the schedule of a specific teacher, something like
[mz-mindbody-show-schedule teacher=”Bob”] ?
]]>Is it possible to change the schedule so that it shows the current date plus the next 7 days?
]]>Mikeill,
Our site uses your mz-mindbody plugin to display a MindBody class schedule (link below). You can see this week’s classes, read class descriptions and sign up online.
Until recently, when you clicked on one of the Class Names (like Point Play or Tennis Express) a modal window popped up displaying the Class’s description and a list of other clients signed up. This functionality has recently ceased working. Now when you click a class name it loads a blank “/modal_descriptions.php” page.
Would you have any insight as to what may have happened to cause this break? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated, our site has used your plugin for a long time and loved it.
Thanks
-Shane
]]>I’ve installed the plugin but when I go to the settings page I get this error:
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'System.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/php5/lib/pear') in /XXXXX/wp-content/plugins/mz-mindbody-api/lib/sections.php on line 146
All shortcodes seem to work correctly, except for [mz-mindbody-staff-list] which returns “NO_SOAP_SERVICE” on the frontend. On the plugin settings page, I see “Congratulations. Your server appears to be configured to integrate with mindbodyonline.” and “SOAP installed! PEAR installed!”
]]>Hi Mike,
Sorry for opening a new thread on a subject you have already discussed but the answers didn’t help me.
I have this error :
“Array

[GetClassesResult] => Array

[Status] => Success
[ErrorCode] => 200
[XMLDetail] => Full
[ResultCount] => 0
[CurrentPageIndex] => 0
[TotalPageCount] => 0
[Classes] => Array
(
)
)
)”
I have tried to disable other plugin and change theme to Twenty fifteen but nothing change. SOAP and PEAR are installed. I have used both -99 and my client studioID but nothing change.
Have you any advice in order to resolve this ?
Merci beaucoup,
Emmanuel

Your plugin is causing conflicts with my premium “Sentient” theme. When I deactivate your plugin, everything works fine. As soon as I activate your plugin, the issues occur.
The issues I’ve noticed are:
– The sticky menu doesn’t shrink like it should when you scroll up
– The search button in the menu doesn’t work
– The Back to Top button doesn’t work
These issues occur on all pages, even if they don’t contain a plugin shortcode.
If you need admin access to my dashboard, let me know. Thanks.
]]>We have a special character in a workshop title. The character shows fine as long as it is in the MindBody site (https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/classic/home?studioid=43391) but gets stripped out in WordPress. See end of page (https://www.yogaconnectionperth.org/descriptions/).
The Yoga Tune Up should show “Yoga Tune Up ?” Could you help us with fixing this?
Hello,
And thanks so much for your time and for creating this plug-in and your support in advance. I followed all the set-up instructions and activated my API code in my Mind Body site but after setting up everything in the plugin, I am still getting a:
“Access denied” error
Any suggestions?
]]>Hello and thank you for the plugin! I have it pulling the Sandbox data, no problem.
I have a client with multiple physical locations, as well as (I believe) multiple MindBody accounts.(This is a situation where additional locations are being acquired, some of which have been using MBO already, some have not.) THe client would like ONE website, of course, and the plan would be to have schedules, events, etc. by location on the pages.
I see that multiple locations are supported, but I cannot find information on how to configure this, or an example (?)
If it is true that the client has multiple accounts, will it be possible to access multiple accounts using the plugin?
Thanks again for your work.
