MyWorks is very new to me. I am still finding my way around and seeing how it fits but right of the bat the support has been amazing and customer success has been on point. From what I’ve seen, it does what it says it will and well.

This tool syncs great to QuickBooks Desktop. Mapping products was very easy and support was amazing at helping me figure out a one off issue that I was having. They went above and beyond to help and ever since it has been flawless.

Our company has used Myworks for years to help sync our website with QuickBooks Enterprise and POS. They have been a great help with setting up our sync and even getting problems figured out along the way. We cannot tell you how relieved we were to find MyWorks to connect our QB Desktop to Woocommerce. The struggle was real just trying to find an affordable option- then add on their AMAZING customer service and kind help (even when we didn’t know what we were doing) and it’s all gravy. We are very happy with the service. Not having to have an extra seat or pay out of the nose for the simple act of removing duplicate actions is so worth it. Great platform, very highly recommend — to be honest, I would recommend just on the customer service alone, all of these people are amazing.

I use the plugin to sync from Woocommerce to Quickbooks Desktop. I was intimidated by the price, but once you get to a certain number of orders a month, it saves you so much time that it is absolutely worth it.
Support has been great for any issues that I have had. I would recommend this plugin.

I wish I had implemented this plug-in a year ago! I had avoided adding it earlier because I assumed it was going to be a nightmare of syncing and figuring out what products I did and didn’t want to sync… and it turns out it fixed half the issues I was having with Woocommerce inventory counts and made my job a whole lot easier. Custom mapping that I had wanted to do for ages for stock now just “works”. Support was very good and responsive. Very happy with the plug-in, works well. Not all options were obvious in configuring, but support pointed us in the right direction and once these issues were sorted it was a major boost to our business.

This plugin has saved me a TON of time! I set this up myself by following the MyWorks setup video which was very easy. After setup, I ran into one issue where a few of my orders didn’t sync due to our WP_cron not running. When I submitted a ticket the MyWorks support team was very responsive and I had a solution within 30 minutes! The support team also checked in with me after the issue was resolved to see how things were going. Great Plugin & Support Team!

I started with a free account and was told that I needed a paid account to sync some old transactions. I wouldn’t have minded paying a one time fee for help with that; instead I was put on a $49/mth plan and was unable to revert to the free level. Since this overly priced service had Priority Support, I requested help with an issue I was having with the shipping taxes syncing incorrectly. I got a response that they were working on it. I requested follow up several times and my emails were ignored. Finally, after 6 months of it not working, I went on live chat and confronted a person. She stirred things up and I got an email from tech support blaming Intuit and saying they are working on it. I canceled my account, deleted the plugin, and set up a free sync by Intuit with unlimited transactions. It took me 5 minutes to set up and works perfectly. I feel that I was tricked into a paid account and strung along by the “priority support” to keep me paying. I want my money back.

We’re a non-profit staffed by volunteers.
Our treasurer was struggling trying to manually enter sales transactions into QBO from Stripe & PayPal, which was consuming way too much of her time, so was getting behind in running reports for the BOD.
After hearing of her plight, i started researching WooCommerc > QBO plugins, and found MyWorks, which was highly rated, so i downloaded and began configuring it..
Once i got the hang of it, the treasurer and i spent some time together mapping products orders & customers between the two platforms and tested pushing order transactions.
To say the treasurer was delighted was an understatement… enabling this function will save her hours and hours of manual data entry work..
Its a great product.

This is a great plugin that syncs Woocommerce to Quickbooks. Their service is great. They help install and setup the plugin which is just great as is. They are also very responsive if there is an issue or if you have any questions.
There did seem to be a problem with Quickbooks assembly items but they fixed it pretty quickly and contacted me as soon as it was good to go. I appreciate that a lot! Thanks to David A. and the MyWorks team this plugin has helped and will continue to help our online store.

This plugin literally saved my life, my time, my sanity! As a small business owner responsible for doing everything this plugin was able to save me so much time by syncing my Woocommerce sales to Quickbooks, of which I had little experience with. This was a hail mary save as I was coming from Wave and needed all the sales data for 2 years moved into QB. Even though the price is a little steep for my business at this time, I wouldn’t dream of not having this plugin. I had a few syncing issues when I was first set it up but they were quick to provide assistance. Also, a few days ago I needed help with billing and they were outstanding. Way to go to support small businesses!

For many years, we have been searching for a reliable and cost effective app that would make our woocommerce sales seamlessly transfer data to our Quickbooks Desktop…AND WE HAVE FINALLY FOUND IT! We highly recommend looking into getting this if you are spending more than an hour a day entering orders. Automates order entry with high degree of accuracy and minimal effort. Had a few issues with the latest update that were handled by customer service promptly and efficiently. I think the only reason it didn’t get handled any quicker was the time they were waiting for us to get back to them!
Give it a try, I suspect you won’t be looking back once you see how effortless this plugin makes order entry!

I have tested so many plugins trying to get QuickBooks successfully integrated with my Quickbooks online. All of the plugins I tried had huge shortcomings so I was skeptical about trying another. Before this, I was using Zapier with limited success at a high price. I’m so glad I switched! The sync is two-way and totally customizable. The remote installation ensured everything worked correctly on day one. I have had to contact support with some questions and need for customizations and they have been more responsive than I could expect.

We were using a more expensive integration and decided to try MyWorks. We were hesitant because it was less than half the cost and didn’t think it could possibly work… but we were wrong. And when we change, and add plugins and new line items, if we don’t know how to do something – the support team is much faster than expected. We will continue to use MyWorks as long as we use QuickBooks… yah… now QB is a different story, lol.

I have fiddled around with lots of different integrations to link WooCommerce to QuickBooks over the years. I’m so glad that I found the MyWorks solution. I deployed and synced QuickBooks desktop for a client in about 3 hours with almost no experience using QB personally (we use Xero at work).
I used the QuickBooks Online solution for a different client after having a great experience with the desktop version. Surprisingly, this was an even smoother process.
Also, their support is phenomenal. I was able to get somebody on the phone at one point, and that’s unheard of in this industry!

Was helping a client get their new site up and running again with this software and were getting all sorts of errors for syncing. Support just gave blanket responses and nothing of real value or here’s our half hour long setup video.. um no thanks.
Software also seemed buggy and will not recommend.

We subscribed to Myworks for the wooCommerce QuickBooks online connector and we were so amazed how easy it was to install and use. Honestly, the monthly cost for this solution is well worth you saving the time for manual entry into QuickBooks. It takes all the data from wooCommerce and automatically transfers it to QuickBooks online. When an order is booked in wooCommerce, it will automatically sync into QuickBooks, if a transaction is canceled in wooCommerce you will see it voided in QuickBooks. When you update your products it automatically sync with QuickBooks. Who has time to do this work manually anymore? Save yourself the hassle and get this plugin. MyWorks better not increase the price on us after this review though!!!

This is a great plugin to have to connect Quickbooks Online with a Woocommerce website. Maps products, customers, orders and taxes allowing you to sync all the information as needed. Very robust and works really well with many products. Great time saving tool as it pushes all the information to Quickbooks. Customer support is very knowledgeable and always available when needed. This is an excellent product and I highly recommend it.

Excellent product, works perfectly with custom order numbers, allows everything I needed including default customer sync (to prevent my QBO from being flooded with new customers) tax mapping for Canada, inventory sync, and so much more. I needed a bit of support getting it going but I had a response from a very helpful person almost immediately!
