The hosting stack is apache2, php8.2 and mysql8. The error doesnt occur on cpanel. Kindly assist.

When I make a purchase, the pdf attached to the email does not arrive, it is only shown on the thank you screen. Previously it did arrive but with the last update it stopped attaching the pdf file

I’ve noticed that mytickets panel on woocommerce products is not being displayed.

It is not an users’ choice as it is not displayed as an option in the above screen options.

Is it incompatible with the newest version or any other plugins?

hi, i have a big problem that i can’t solve. I have to manage the booking of spaces for a fair. The user can only buy a space only on Saturday, only on Sunday or both days and in this case they pay less. They must be able to buy the same seat on two different days, so two products in the cart. WooCommerce allows it, but the plugin doesn’t and when I change the date on the table it tells me: “When switching to other date current reservations are removed. Confirm?” and reset the cart.

Thank you for reading this, I would like to find out how I can remove the QRCode generator entirely from the MyTickets Events plugin. I dont really need it right now as it will be a small event and would not require us to generate a QR per person.

Also if there is a better guide on how to fully work with the coding of the PDF templates that would be a big help.

If i have seat reservation on an event, i’ll need an export to see wich seat is for wich person. Where can I find it?

I like this plugin, seems like it has everything I need but I’m worried about its support. I see questions without an answer older than 5 months, which is not a good sign. Are you planning to continue offering support for a long term?

I am using ticket style 4 and the buttons are massive. I looked in the customize but there is no function to change the buttons.

I would also like to remove the two other buttons on this display which say ‘Unlimited Tickets’.

Does anybody know where in the code I will find this to change/remove please?

Would it be possible to use your ticket plugin for none ticket products to avoid the ticket creation and PDF sending.

It need to be on product level to turn off “MyTicket Extra Details” or similar.

In case you have 1 ticket product and 1 None Ticket product in your cart it should only create ticket for the ticket product and not for the None ticket product.

Can an option be set either to treat a product like a ticket (and generate ticket etc) and one where not (ie a book/clothes etc)?

Is it possible to make seat reservation work with variable products? With a normal product, after I’ve chosen the seats, clicking the button under the seat map will take me to the cart. However, with variable products (we need different prices for the same event) the cart is empty and I get an error message telling me that I need to choose the variable of the item…

If I then go to the product page, choose the tickets I want, they will be added to the cart and the seats I chose earlier will be applied to them.

Is there a way to make this work better? Maybe that after picking the seats, I would be directed to the product page and not to the cart, where I can then add tickets to my cart? Or some other way? Right now it would be too bothersome for customers to buy tickets.
