I chose to hide the personal options section of the profile, and clicked update options and the section is still there when I load a test user’s profile. When I go back to check the settings, the option to hide personal options is set to ‘no’. I changed it to ‘yes’ again, then update options and then clicked on ‘myEASYhider’ again and it was back on ‘no’.

Please be aware of this issue and check this for yourself. It might be a security issue that put every website that uses this plugin at a major risk.

]]>User roles already hide some items, how does this plugin work with that? As it is, it dosen’t hide some of the items, and it changes what’s hidden if I change a user role. It’s confusing, can’t determin what the plug in is showing vs. what the normal role shows.
]]>When I hide a custom item by default and select to a different user, the custom item has disappeared from the textfield, but the item won’t show up. This means I can’t enable it for individual users.

I’m wondering if it’s possible to set the permissions per user role, instead of per user (or both), because it’s going to take a while to change these settings for each user when I want users in the same role to be able to see the same stuff.
