Recently I’ve asked if users get points when they load their posts themselves.
Now, I’d like to know is there any preventive measure you have for users to not abuse reloading their own links so they get points?

I run a website where users are eager to earn points and I worry that users will keep reloading their own links while logged out so the points get counted. I can imagine a user who will keep loading her own links to earn points.

My website has restricted content accessible to paid members only.
I’d like to know if the author will:
1) Get points everytime his/her post gets viewed (with the paywall)
-or-
2) Get points only when the restricted post gets viewed
?

This plugin looks promising. However, I have a concern that authors would keep on loading their own content to gain views and points.

Is there any way this plugin prohibits/limits authors to gain views/earn points when they load their own content?
