My Syntax doesn’t load the my-syntax.css of the current theme.

The my-syntax.css is in the theme root directory.

When I activate My Syntax (1.0) and WP Geo (3.2.3), I get following error in the My Syntax popup.

Fatal error: Class ‘WPGeo_Settings’ not found in /is/htdocs/wp10469865_8W7F0YTAAE/fanninger.at/wp-content/plugins/wp-geo/includes/wp-geo.php on line 603

I deactivate the WP Geo plugin and My Syntax button working. In both situation the WP Geo button is working.

When I activate the plugin over the Network Administration, the button ‘pre (My-Syntax)’ is not visibile under the simple HTML editor. The Visual Editor button is activate.
When I activate the plugin on the site admin over the plugin menu, the button is visibile.

In both situation the network feature is active.
