Hello I am needing help to have something to put in my business website, how I am understanding. I am through Adsense. This is what it is telling me: Earnings risk- You need to fix some Ads.txt files. I do not have link, I am new to this. Sounded like I had to have a plugin for this to work. Do not know nothing about this. Need to talk to somebody!!!
Thank you

]]>Thanks for the great plugin.
But in Widget Chat Box Template 3 is not working. It automatically reloads Template 1. How to resolve it.
]]>I have installed and went thru all the settings. For the life of me, I do not know where the fields are getting pre-populated with these text messages.
The name field is pre-populated with “Hello World” and the email field is pre-populated with “[email protected]” . The other fields appear normal.
I do not see where this text should appear according to the settings I have chosen. Can someone point me in the right direction?
My site is https://www.goodolddayscountryshop.com
Thank-you
John
Is there any solution for clearing chat history? Please Help me..

]]>Maybe it’s because this plugin hasn’t been updated for WP 4.2.2 but while this plugin is activated, clicking on “customise” below the dashboard icon just takes me to a blank screen with the “thinking” icon going round and round and hangs like that forever. As soon as I disable this plugin the page loads normally. No errors and nothing showing in Firebug console, the page just never loads.
This plugin is exactly what I’ve been looking for but I can’t use it at the expense of site functionality. What can be done?
Thank you.
]]>Hi,
Recently mylivechat has been causing issues with my wordpress install. Somehow the page titles that show on tabs and in search results all got overriden and changed to “changed :143*****” with various random numbers.
Any advice? I had to disable the plugin to remedy the issue.

Please advice asap.
]]>I found a glitch in your code that caused browsers to say that the SSL website wasn’t secure. It’s due to the way you retrieve the plugin URL.
Inside MyLiveChat.class.php you just need to replace:
$this->plugin_url = WP_PLUGIN_URL.'/my-live-chat-for-wp/plugin_files';
with this:
$this->plugin_url = plugins_url().'/my-live-chat-for-wp/plugin_files';

]]>I need some php code, filter, css rule, or custom field to use in the pages where I dont need the inline chat to show. Because, in example, I dont want it to be shown in cart and checkout pages.
Is this possible?
For me its not working. It always says currently no more uers in online.
]]>I installed the MyLiveChat plugin and entered my ID # and I assume that is all I need to do to get this up and running? Well when the plugin is active my WordPress website does not work – it shows no errors just a white screen. I had to deactivate it so I don’t have any downtime. Am I doing something wrong or….? Thank you for you quick response.

Is there a way we the agents can use an existing chat system such as google talk to respond to clients?
]]>After installing this plugin, the dragging and dropping of widgets into the sidebar stops functioning. So one cannot drag the mylivechat widget into the sidebar. Are there any way to fix this issue?
