I find the Music Store plugin excellent. I’m very pleased with my purchase and really like its features. Installing tracks and albums is easy, and the shortcode’s flexibility is great. The tech support is outstanding. I highly recommend purchasing it; it’s definitely worth it.

Plugin is a bit fiddly, but I guess if it was worth using, you’d figure it out. However, it is no good if you want to sell a full single, E.P or Album as it only allows 1 track per release. Not much use in the real world unless you pay for the Pro version sadly.

Desperately needs to support ALBUMS. I want to sell only albums and not individual tracks. All of the information is pulled from the ID3 tag but not used for displaying albums. To sell more than a single track this plugin uses “collections” and requires additional work to create. With a large collection, it is just not worth the effort in my opinion. Most of what this plugin does can be done with Woocommerce. I wanted a simple way to display a complete artist list, with their associated albums. It would also be nice to display a list of genres with the associated albums and artists.

It’s lacking 2 things
1. the play function is hard to locate for vistors, it needs to stand out and no site visitor should have to look for it
2. the option of an autoplay for site vistors other than that I would give it a 5 star easily

At this moment I am still installing and tweaking. The plugin is very nice so far, BUT as said in the title the author has been excellent. I heartily recommend this plugin simply because of that – but also there are so few plugins designed specifically for this niche. I was happy to find it and save days or even months trying to customize another ecommerce plugin for my needs.

I have tried to use the contact form repeatedly through your site and nothing. It gets stuck on contact-us-2 page and never refreshes. How can we get help, to decide if we want to use this plugin and go premium, if you have a non-working help system?
Page I have noted is one I am working on. It only shows music in one long line, instead of grid, no matter what template I choose. Why?

So far, the only thing that, I wanted to bring to y’all attention is that, i would like to see y’all work towards adding html editing customizing where we would be able to make sure that, when we place the store on our page, it will be able to be edited if necessary so it would not be half off the page on mobile devices. I like this plug in! It saved me loads of time and money! We will be getting the paid version soon. I had no issues what so ever. I did however have to remember to adjust the upload max size in the multi site admin so that I could upload my music. Its a nice clean look and I really love it.
