Cannot Delete plug-in

I am trying to delete your plug-in. When I select delete from my plug-in list it says deleting but never completes. If I log out and back in, the plug-in is still there.

Please let me know how to completely remove the plug-in.

Tried to install plugin, got this:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /wp-content/plugins/multipart-robotstxt-editor/admin/voce-settings-api.php on line 122.

Where is the robots.txt file? It’s not in the root directory of the site.

I use NGINX 1.7.12 as my webserver and I am curious if this plugin is compatible and does it have any specific installation requirements?

Even though I changed the robots txt text to my personalised one, the wp default one is still showing up when i search the robots.txt file at mydomain.com/robots.txt
