I want to use this plugin for site reviews, I am using Elementor and added the plugin with shortcode.

The form displays fine, but the ratings list shows “No ratings yet” even though I added two test reviews.

Please advise?

When I create a new filter now the information isn’t getting saved properly.?

For example I create to new filter called it “Student 2023” then hit save. But when I scroll down to the bottom after refreshing page everything is blank and name is lost…?It just says sample… Also it doesn’t delete these incorrect filter…

I haven’t installed any new plugins I’ve been working on these filters since yesterday and everything was working perfectly. Not sure why it stopped saving….?I also updated the plugin to newest version but problem still continues.

I’ve also sent to your support email but you don’t respond…

Can you please take a look as soon possible?

i’m wondering if we can change the numbers of stars of the average rating in the page ? My visitors can put a rating between 0 and 10 stars but the results is always on 5 stars

I had to deactivate the plugin because it was disabling “order by” of my woocommerce orders and also my blog article ordering.

Whenever I activate the 6.0.8 version my customer orders are listed in ASC order … so I am getting orders from 2015 =). As for the blog listing, it shows my first articles, not the newest ones.

I bought the premium version but I didn’t receive a reply for the e-mail that I sent you.

On page with stars rating there’s a fatal php error:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_default_language() on null in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/multi-rating/includes/class-api.php:720
– i’m using polylang and default language is set, latest wordpress and all the plugins, php8.2

I’ve tried saving the settings for this plugin and they won’t all save. It requires me to add custom images when I’m not using custom images. It also won’t let me save the checkbox value for loading the Font Awesome icons. Other settings save but those are having issues. I had to go into the database and modify the entry in the options table in order to get it to save correctly.

I’m setting up a site which will have many content creators and I don’t want them to override the default autoplacement settings for MR. Is there a way to make the whole MR box in the “new post” form disappear? I’ve made tests and if the widgets appear twice if they override the position, but even if it didn’t, I need MR to be always in its default position.

Running latest version of free plugin.

I am experimenting with the plugin to learn how to handle it and I have done something that now prevents me from editing certain posts.

I have discovered that the posts that I cannot edit (it shows me a blank page) are the ones shown in the list:

Multi Rating> Ratings> Results> Overall Rating> NAN / 5 (10)

The posts that show NAN / X (X) cannot be edited.

The posts that show X / X (X) if I can edit them.

Any suggestions to solve this problem?

I’ve recently noticed that every time I rate a post a huge code snippet appears in the console.
It looks like <head> part of the website.
This happens both when logged in and as a normal user.

Is this a known problem and is there a solution for this?
This isn’t an immense problem but we would still like it to be fixed.

We use toolset.com for custom searches in our posts&pages.
ONLY when sorting by rating, some (newer) p&p won′t be found.

Is this maybe related with switching from mr to mrp?

How can we fix that?

I’m trying to display the average results of items but this is not working.
For example if I show a smartphone, I want the average result of following items :
– Design
– Screen
– Photography
– Battery

I use the following shortcode to display for example the average result of item ID 1 :
[mrp_rating_result rating_item_ids=”1″ show_count=”false”] and the global average result is displayed instead…

What’s wrong ?

Hi.

We are sorting custom search results, archives etc. on our site by rating.

Now there are some posts we would like to ALWAYS appear top of the list (e.g. ecosia, wikiHow,…). There are just things beyond doubt…

So we would like to rate them more than max (e.g. 6 stars instead of 5) in the backend and remove the frontend rating forms for that post.

Is that somehow possible? That would be so cool!

Thanks for this great plugin.

Can it be solved that the rating submission is not done with ajax, but reload the page?
The rating form is on the single.php page, and the ratings submitted so far can be found on the same page. It is very confusing to submit the rating, but the data so far on the site is not updated.
If the Submit button were to reload the page, the data would be updated along with it.
