I have created multiple methods (FEDEX, DHL, USPS) in the settings, each within a different group. I have also made sure to check the box “(Show multiple shipping methods, one for every group)” yet I still only get one option when I try to place an order. Why is only one option being displayed?
]]>I find it confusing that this plugin does not use Shipping Zones. It is the Woocommerce developed way to define shipping methods. The Shipping Area Management is just a duplicate. As a result, it makes it difficult to manage a complete shipping solution where we are using other shipping methods not provided by this plugin.
Is this feature planned?
]]>No shipping method is being displayed for our customers. I can access plugin settings so this is a different problem than the outage reported in my last thread four days ago. How to fix?
]]>Hello,
Pre-sale Questions.
1. My product weight 40lbs/case. When shopper purchases 4cases (total weight 160lbs), The FedEx Ground option does not show up. How to set FedEx Ground option still displays and calculates? (I use other third party discount online shipping providers they still calculate the ground shipping cost for order 150lbs shipment).
2. Does this plugin includes FedEx LTL shipping?
3. Is FedEx LTL freight shipping good for over 150lbs shipment?
Please advise. Thanks in advance!

]]>Hello,
I am trying to test out this plugin to see if this will be compatible with the direction of our store, however, I keep getting errors when trying to get rates from any carrier.
I am using debug mode and all fields in the response are empty except for this one
[rates] => Array
(
[57400:2:0] => Array
(
[0] => Array
(
[cached] =>
[ups] => Array
(
[error] => Array
(
[ErrorSeverity] => Hard
[ErrorCode] => 111100
[ErrorDescription] => The requested service is invalid from the selected origin.
)

How can this be fixed so that I can properly test this plugin?
Thanks,

I’m using the trial version of Multi-Carrier shipping but I am getting the “There are no shipping methods available” error at checkout. I enabled debugging, but that is showing nothing.
Are there any step-by-step details on how to configure Multi-Carrier shipping plugin with Woo Commerce? I’ve tried every concievable shipping setting in Woo Commerce and the Multi Carrier shipping tab, but I’m sure I’m missing an important config.
Specifically, I’m trying to set up UPS shipping rates based on ZIP code and total item weight. Later I will add rules for USPS shipping for specific products, but for now, UPS is the shipper.
Thank you!
]]>I have both UPS and FedEx configured with the FedEx and UPS separate modules disabled. I’ve tried with and without rules in place. I always get “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.”
]]>I have the PRO version of the plugin and it has been down for over a day. The support ticket I submitted a day ago has not even been acknowledged. This is terrible as this is the busy time of the week for us to be ignored on a total outage.
The problem with the plugin not working is the licensing server. It goes down often, and I see the PHP errors in my logs. No telling how many sales have been lost. Can’t even access settings for the plugin, because that too calls home for a license check.
I will have to look into a different plugin that actually comes with support.
]]>Hi there,
I want to setup weight based shipping, but the ‘based on’ drop down only shows ‘Qty’. Do I need to upgrade to Premium to get the weight option, or is there some sort of setting i’m missing?
Let me know, thank you!
]]>What is the website URL where we can double-check the real-time accuracy of the plugin’s shipping rates for DHL, FedEx, UPS , and USPS ?
