I want to show sticky ad on my site https://www.jobriyaa.in/ but i am unable to do that, please guide

Hi there

I am using this plugin and it works perfectly. The only issue I am having is that the close button doesn’t work.

My cursor changes when I hover over it but if I click it nothing happens. I have styled the adbar quite a bit so it looks the way I want it to but even if I remove all my styling it still doesn’t work so the error is not mine.
