I’ve noticed that your plug in seems to “stop working” after I’ve done upgrades on my site. Like upgrade plug ins, or themes. To fix this, I simply go into a page, on which I use your shortcuts, re save and everything is ok…

But obviously irritiating, as you need to do this on a number of pages.. I’d use the plug in a lot more, without this bug. Now I only really use on my homepage

Any fix?

This just leaves a white space where the non-mobile content is. Very poor implementation.

What is the purpose of the wpautop in your plugin. I mean, in this line:
return wpautop( do_shortcode( $content ) );
It is causing output issues for me (creating extra paragraph elements), but I’m guessing it is there for a reason?

Flatsome theme has UX Builder includet.
The tag for the row may look like this: [row width=”full-width” padding=”0 0px 0px 0px”]
I tested on the site below.
Is there a way to make it work?

How would I use this when I am using a page builder such as WPBakery Page Builder? How do I place the code where I need to hide a section on mobile?

Hi Raj,
This plugin works beautifully – but one issue is that it wraps the ‘shown’ content in <p> tags, this causes problems when I want to shorten sections of text for mobile users only, as it will create new paragraphs in places I don’t want them.

Would it be easy to wrap in <span> tags instead, so that text can flow nicely?

EDIT: nevermind – i edited your plugin directly and removed ‘wpautop’ from the calls. Works just how I wanted now ??

Thanks for your developing work on the plugin!

I’d like to know whether there are any plans to extend the plugins function to working with other gallery shortcodes. Currently, I’d like to display one gallery on mobile, and the other on desktop, but when wrapping the shortcode for the gallery in the code, it doesn’t display it on both desktop and mobile.
