I had some issues but Avi reached out almost immediately and took care of the issue! We are really happy with the solution at this point.
We are back to two stars despite a bunch of effort and movement forward. The team is punitive towards customers who don’t agree with them and terminate demos in the middle of testing phases. Our license should be active for at least another week but was terminated when I indicated I was considering using an alternative approach. It really seems like the reviews are what matter to them most. As soon as I left a bad review they did whatever it took to get it flipped over to 5 stars. I am not sure that I want to do business with companies that are punitive towards customers, it speaks really badly of the company.

We use this plugin with a Windows 2019 AD : once correctly configured, it works perfectly, unlike other plugins I’ve tried.
The plugin has a lot of options, which meets all my needs.

I had a problem for activating the license : the support (thanks Vikas) takes time to resolve the issue, within 1 day (and we had a jet lag beetween France and the support). It is very reassuring for the maintenance of the plugin !

Some time ago I bought the Active Directory Integration / LDA plugin and also used other plugins for the integration of my user registry system. There was some incompatibility and my user registration system was not completely compatible. A member of the team (Avi Saxena) helped me resolve each and every one of the incompatibilities. He worked for me customizing the plugin until it was fully supported. He has never worked with such an efficient and dedicated support team. I work with a lot of paid plugins and no support team did that well. I recommend this plugin 100%

Enabling LDAP authentication and SSO is very difficult so it’s nice to have plugin creators who are willing to help you with troubleshooting. They will video conference with you so that you can show them settings with your server and help troubleshoot issues which is very important when you are running your own WordPress server on a private network.

I wasted a lot of hours trying to validate users via LDAPs with other plugins. This one can save you a lot of time. You don’t need a dedicated server with a very special configuration (PHP modules, open ports…). It’s more expensive than others, but you can afford it for professional use. It works like a charm!
