After purchasing the premium plugin, there were no updates throughout the year I used it. Many social logins do not work well. Many problems with the software. No help at all. I sent 3 emails for help. No real replies. I fixed a UI problem myself with a CSS code that is less than 30 characters long, showing it was a very simple issue. However, when I first asked for help with this problem, they only told me to pay for their services.Using this software is a disaster.

Eu instalei esse plugin pq vi no youtube e deu tudo certo no tutorial que vi, porem no meu caso n?o deu nada certo, tentei usar apenas o login com google, criei o aplicativo no google cloud, porem alguma coisa no plugin está bloqueando, ent?o tentei pelo aplicativo do proprio plugin, mesmo assim n?o deu certo, simplesmente n?o acontece nada. Fussei muito no pluggin e nada deu certo. Depois descobri que só é possivel usar a vers?o pro para quem usa o buddypress, se voce n?o usa ent?o pode ser que dê tudo certo pra vc.

Update, I have been contacted and given a solution so its only fair to update my review. Everything works as it should now and I am thankful for it, but still being contacted after 3 days, it is something that you need to work on guys.

(I bought the custom registration form addon. The addon is not working or can’t be enabled for some reason, I downloaded and installed the extra addon plugin but It is seems it is so tricky just to enable the license! The instructions are poor and the customer support is non existent.
It has been already two days and no-one bothered to reply just to direct me on how to enable the license (which should have been a straight-forward thing).
Very poor experience.)

If you want to get at work fast with this plugin, forget it. You will need to beg for a link to download it. Then once you discovered it is not even working and asking for a refund. They as they say”loop” you from one assistance to another and they copy paste the same message. On the website it is written they refund you within 10 days, this is definately NOT the case for the momoment and iam begging it for several days now. They do everything to make it pass 10 days to not refund you.

It does precisely what you want it to do, and the support team has swiftly responded to any issues. Even jumping on video calls to help resolve problems which they fix in minutes. My only criticism is that it’s challenging to apply CSS styling to the button, but it’s minor.

This is the most frustrating, confusing, overly complicated plugin I’ve ever had the misfortune to use. I paid for the premium version in order to get Reddit share count. Then I was charged additionally for a support package I never ordered. Thankfully, they did refund the overcharge.
I tried for days to get the plugin to work (I wanted to display social media icons and share counts in my posts). I never got the icons to display, let alone share counts. I made multiple attempts to seek customer support. All suggestions made did not solve any of the issues. Eventually, I just gave up.
Unless you want to wade into a vastly overcomplicated plugin and feel capable of mastering its intricacies, I suggest saving the bother.

Well it is difficult to tell if this plugin even does what it says it will because I was unable to use it.
The Setting screen for the plugin has a chat icon with speech bubble that never goes away and also a small jiggling ‘Sale’ icon in the top corner that distracted me every time I tried to look over the settings.
The focus of this company is not providing a good product but upselling you while you try to work. There are better solutions. Avoid this one.
