Hi,
I’ve uninstalled your plugin, and a form popped up. I provided a feedback, and today I received an email from your team regarding my feedback. Clearly you have extracted my email address and used it without my consent. In the form there was no mention if I wanted to be contacted or my email address will be saved.
This is a serious breach of WordPress guidelines on data protection.
]]>Hi,
Your plugin is loading all the scripts (css / js) on all the page in admin section. That’s against wordpress guidelines at it creates conflicts with other scripts.

]]>hi, please this is very urgent.
i am having issues with signing in to my wordpress admin panel.
It says that:There was a problem sending the One-Time Password email. Also it says that my log in expires and that there is issue with 2FA.
Its not turn on on my site. I was on support with wordpress, with jetpack and they said that: “It appears that the issue is related to a plugin called?Google Authenticator – WordPress 2FA, OTP SMS and Email
?by miniOrange. I see the plugin installed on your site, and this plugin is likely causing the 2FA prompt and errors you’re seeing when trying to log in to your site.”
I need to urgently access my site because my mails are not working but I cant get in.
Please help me because I dont know what to do.
Thanks,
Vanessa

Hi, I just installed and set up with authenticator.
I was testing, but the authenticator page didn’t show up. Not sure if it’s really working.
]]>Hello,
I use your plugin for years and it’s a must have !
Since the last update, I have encountered an issue with a CSS selector in the plugin’s mo2f-main.css file:
.active {
background-color: white !important;
}
The .active selector is too generic and is causing conflicts with other styles on my site. Could you please make this selector more specific to avoid these conflicts?
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,

]]>I’m having an issue with 2FA. I had it working with Telegram, while also being configured with Authy before.
Since a couple weeks I’m having an issue where I enter the user and password and on the next screen I get a “Select 2 Factor method for authentication” to select either Authy or Telegram.
When I select any of them nothing happens. So I can’t enter the Authy code nor I receive any Telegram message.
Also, from control panel I can’t remove one of these 2FA authentication method, I can only reconfigure it.
Heyy goodday,
I have set: Users should be directly enforced for 2FA setup but it does not work immediately upon registration, is that correct? I want it to be set up immediately upon registration, is that possible?
Kind regard vd Hee

]]>Hi,
I noticed that on my dashboard, miniorange says I have 30 remaining email OPTs. Does this means after 30 usage, I have to upgrade to your paid plans?
Is this 30 tokens to be refreshed on monthly basis?

]]>Hi,
I install your plugin and with the setup wizard, enable the 2FA for all users. Then configure Google Authoror for 2FA. However, when I login with password, I am not prompted with a security code, it seems the plugin does not exist at all. Why?
I have tried the following methods:
All do not show the security code interface. With password I can go to the dashboard directly.

]]>Hello, recently i had this problem with no access to my wordpress page secured by Mini Orange’s Google Authenticator.
After loosing my phone had been trying to log in with no luck.
Solution was to change name of the folder in FTP server which contains Mini Orange plugin. Try public-html->wp-content->plugins. Then change folder name, and Voilà you can login. When you login to wordpress panel make sure to configure Mini orange plugin one more time.

I’m seeing the following errors after entering my email and password on my WordPress login screen, and then validating the 2FA with miniOrange via email authentication (i.e. these errors appear after it says the transaction is successful):
Error: The email field is empty.

As a result, I can’t login to my site.
It seems like this problem only started in the last 48 hours or so, because I was last using the site with no problems about 2 days ago.
Please let me know how to fix this at your earliest convenience,

]]>I’m having a problem getting the plugin to work with Quform – the ID of the email element is 4_4, but what I’ve noticed is that in the code – the ID is: id=”quform_4_4_2abaa0″ but the 2abaa0 changes every time you refresh the page, so not really sure what to do here. Bit stumped.
Is there any solution? Quform is a very popular premium plugin.
