Is this working with Google Analytics v4 tracker? I created a new GA v4 property and don’t seem to get getting any data received on GA’s end ?

When I install Minimal Analytics plugin, I notice that the script is loaded directly, irrespective of an option to not load script when logged-in via administrator.

Also, I would expect an option to load in the header or footer.
