Hi Team,
I want to edit error massage,
From: Sorry! you reached maximum limit for this product!
To: Sorry! you reached maximum limit for this product per order.
]]>I am with Siteground and on their recommendation I subscribed to the Min and Max Quantity for WooCommerce Premium version. They configured it for me but I found that the cart adds multiples of items. The minimum quantity of 25 but I click 1 again it is adding another 25 to the cart making it 51. I looked at the categories “Groups of” option it is blank which means no multiples were set.
So no category rules were set either. I am not sure what is happeneing. The start value in my cart is 25 so no one can order below 25 which is right. But once one more is added the cart total to 56. Should this be the case or can they keep adding any quantity they desire after reaching the minimum quantity?
]]>Hello,
If I use Elementor to build the product template, in particular using the Elementor pro “add to cart” widget (that show the add to cart section of WC template) the limitations won’t work.
Error message “you can’t add more than X of this product” it is printed on screen (more than once),
but products are added to cart ignoring the limitations, and it allows me to proceed to checkout and pay.
I know maybe it’s an Elementor issue, but you know, it’s used by millions of websites… maybe you should check it out.
]]>I want to set a maximum of 4 for products in a category. But the limit is applied to each product (i.e. maximum of 4 for product A, 4 for product B) and not maximum of 4 of any product in category.
]]>my add to cart button is in a pop up, and when someone adds to cart a product that is limited to 1 per category, the page reloads and goes to the woocommerce product page instead of staying on my popup which is on the homepage. how can i disable that from happening or instead just display the warning text below the add to cart button in my popup?
thanks
]]>Buenas tardes!
Estoy probando su plugin y me gustaría saber si es posible usar con condiciones con “AND”. Me explico, en mi sitio web necesito que solo se venda 1 producto por pedido de una determinada categoría pero solo en algunos paises, sería esto posible?
muchas gracias!
]]>Hi!
I have installed your Min/max quantity plugin on my site.
The bug is that the customers are able to add to cart quantity less than the minimum quantity I have set for certain products.
For eg:
This product has a minimum quantity of 3
https://hi5toys.in/product/set-of-3-bags/
This product has a minimum quantity of 4
https://hi5toys.in/product/set-of-4-jigsaw-puzzle/
You will be able to find this on the home page under Return Gifts title.
The conditions works fine on the product page and the home page.
When the customer tries to add the product to cart from the add to cart button in the product card from home page or from the single product page, it works fine.
The issue happens when the customer adds the product to cart from the add to cart button on the category page:
https://hi5toys.in/product-category/shop-by-category/logical-reasoning-toys/
If you click add to cart on the “Jigsaw puzzle with reference image” product from the link above, it adds 1 qty to cart instead of 4.
So the rules are not respected in the category page, the search results page, and in all the shop archive pages.
Please help me fix this issue.
Thanks.
Hi There, we are using your plugin with composite products. We were previously able to override the qty rules applied to the simple products so that they did not apply when used in the composite product. For some reason we can’t do that anymore.
Could you please advise if this can be done? Thanks!
Wordfence reported this critical vulnerabilty present in your plugin. Please provide a version with Freemium updated. I saw no other remedie then temporary deactivating the plugin.
]]>I installed the free version of the plugin and tried to set up only a maximum value limit for orders. The woocommerce settings page appeared and allowed me to set the types of limits I wanted, but I couldn’t find anywhere to set the actual limits. In other words, couldn’t set a max limit of $1000 per order, couldn’t set quantity limits, couldn’t create any rules anywhere. I thoroughly searched for another page or tab related to this plugin, but found nothing. If I can’t set actual limits, the plugin doesn’t do me any good.
Any ideas?
]]>Hi – we have one rule for min/max quantity (12 min) set up for Australia and then one for New Zealand (20 min). When the address is Australian, it asks for the 12 minimum as expected. But when changing the quantity to 12, it then asks for the 20 minimum, which should only apply to New Zealand addresses.
]]>Hi,
I can select all United State, but i don’t select a single State, like Arizona, Alaska, New York, Maine, ecc
This function work in PRO version or i have a issue?
Thanks a lot.
Hello Author
Thank you for creating such a good plugin. Currently I am getting “Uncaught TypeError: a.indexOf is not a function” error because in the plugin file “/public/js/mmqw-for-woocommerce-public.js”, you are using
.load (function()), if you could change it to .on(‘load’,function()){}
then it gonna solve the issue, can you please upgrade it that way?
Thank you
Hello,
I deleted the plugin. I also want to clean from the database.
How can I do it?
Hello,
https://monosnap.com/file/BLZzT2tlRHYfTkdte1tsVlFX8RLcpv
The minimum amount of the category is 100.
There are 49 in stock.
Add to cart button appears.
Quantity input is not visible.
The user does not see how much they can get.
best regards,
Tahir
Hello,

Many products have the same name.
But the SKU is different.
There should be a search feature by SKU in the product search. The product you are looking for will be found more easily.
For example, the product found looks like this “#22644 Powerbank”. Better show up as “#ID Product Name (SKU)”.
best regards,
Tahir
Hi – we get the following warning when using the plugin on PHP 8.
Trying to access array offset on value of type null
in MMQW_Min_Max_Quantity_For_WooCommerce_Public::mmqw_min_max_quantities_proceed_to_checkout_conditions called at /public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php (307)
Just thought I’d let you know for future releases.
PHP Deprecated: Constant FILTER_SANITIZE_STRING is deprecated in /www/htdocs/xxx/wp-content/plugins/min-and-max-quantity-for-woocommerce/admin/class-min-max-quantity-for-woocommerce-admin.php on line 287
Maybe there is an update for this in future?
]]>The label “Quantity” originates from this plugin, at least, that is what I think when the span class is mmqw-fixed-qunatity. I don’t find it in the plug-in pot file nor in WordPress Translations.
As a consequence it is not translated. Could you please fix this? I tested this too with only woocommerce and twentytwentytwo theme.
]]>The plugin works great, but there is a very important feature missing I feel.
When you set a minimum / maximum amount, there should be something near the price on the product page that says the amount it’s restricted to.
Eg. “You can only purchase 10 of these”
or
“The minimum amount you can purchase is 50”
Hello,
I’m experiencing a problem when setting the min/max quantity of the product.
If I added the product to the cart before creating the rule, I can still checkout with the original quantity even I activate the rule prior to checkout.
Let’s say I added product A x 15 pcs to the cart. Then I activate the rule Max quantity for product A is 10.
Then I click the cart again and proceed to checkout without changing any quantity for product A, I can still buy 15 product A.
(If I try to change 15 to 16, the quantity will be capped at 10, but it won’t change if I don’t try to change the quantity at cart page)
Is there any way to enforce Min/max checking when the customer clicks checkout?
Thank you in advance ??
Hello,
It’s written that possible to set minimum price. But i don’t find it to make minimum amount by category.
Can you help me ?
]]>We can set a minimum and maximum allowable product quantity and/or price that can be purchased for each product storewide, or just for an individual product.
Hi,
I use your plugin for setting the minimum quantity for certain product category’s and it works great. But the problem is with variable products. It works on the product, but when the product is added to the cart, then I can change the quantity there – the plugin doesn’t work for variable products in the cart.

]]>Hi,
In the plugin description it’s mentioned that min order value can be set by country specific. Could u pls help out how to set it, i see no option for it.
Thanks
]]>Hello,
we have a wine shop here, and it is necessary that custoers must buy multiples of 6 Bottles, not single ones. Like, they must buy 6, 12, 18, 24, 30 etc., because this is the size of the package/box.
I have installed your plugin and created a min/max rule: Minimum of 6, and applied ot to a product. Now I see on this product page that the quantity counter starts with 6. This is good.
After tat comes 7, 8, 9, 10 etc. This is not good for us.
With Dev Tools I can see that tere is a “step” parameter:
<input type=”number” id=”quantity_6229a22218091″ class=”input-text qty text” min=”6″ max=”” name=”quantity” value=”1″ title=”Menge” size=”4″ placeholder=”” inputmode=”numeric” autocomplete=”off” step=”1″>
Setting this to step=”6″ does exactly what is needed…the quantity counter has 6, 12, 18, 24 etc.
Would it somehow be possible with your plugin to set the step rate to something other than 1?
Thanks!
]]>Hi I have set min 1 and max qty 2 for a product but if change the qty to maximum allowed and you add it to cart and hit the add to cart button again it keeps adding more products ignoring the rule max qty for this order.
Shouldn’t after pressing the add to cart button to display a message saying something like that:
“We are sorry you are unable to add more of this product to your cart, you’ve hit the maximum qty which is XX for your order.” ?
]]>Hello, I’ve installed your plugin and activated several Category-based rules and they don’t work at all, as well as Cart rules don’t work for me for some reason. Can you check why it’s happening? I can give you access to the dashboard. We badly need your plugin to work.
]]>How do I make the quantities a drop-down list for selection by the customer
I have many products in the store and these products are not sold individually (every 50 or 100 pieces are sold together and so on)
How can I specify the quantities for the user in a drop-down list to choose from? What are the appropriate plugins to do this?
Hi,
I have a product with minimum 1000 and maximum 5000 quantity set. Suppose if I alread have 5000 quantity in the cart and then add another 1000, then it total quantity becomes 6000. Now it shows the error message. But I can go to cart and from there, I can checkout with 6000 quantities which is more than with my allowed maximum quantity.
Is there any way to fix this?
Thank you.
]]>I have a rule “onesie” such that minimum order for Category is “30”.
However, we have variations. What the rules is doing is making a minimum quantity for every variation in the category as “30”.
I have removed the plugins that are not 100% essential (Theme core, WP bakery, Woocommerce) and it still does this.
What can I do to make a minimum quantity for the category (not the variable product)?
