Hi.
We have noticed that WooCommerce will soon be deactivating the old REST API. However, Metorik still uses these via the webhooks: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=advanced§ion=webhooks
Furthermore, the old REST API is probably not compatible with HPOS.
Are there any updates and changes planned to keep this compatible?
Thanks in advance
Maik
Hi,
For the plugin “Metorik Helper“, does it require to enable and run in frontend? or it can run only run in backend of admin dashboard? For performance tuning, I want to disable some plugin not to running in frontend. Many thanks
]]>We recently noticed that this plugin is causing a JavaScript error which is causing other plugins on our website not to run correctly. The error that is thrown is:
Uncaught ReferenceError: wc_cart_fragments_params is not defined
Both the 1.6.1 and 1.6.2 versions are showing the same error when using WooCommerce version 7.8.0
]]>Hello, I am trying to modify abandoned cart recovery URLs based on customer’s billing country.
I am using metorik_recover_cart_url
filter, which returns the URL in following format:
https://mysite.com/wp-json/metorik/v1/recover-cart?token=[token_hash]&coupon=&mtke=6&utm_source=metorik&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=engage-abandoned-cart-1
If I add additional language parameter to this URL (e.g. &lang=en
) it works well, it redirects the customer to desired language mutation. However, this filter doesn’t seem to have any effect on the abandoned cart recovery e-mail buttons, whatsoever.
Is there any other filter, or any other more correct approach? Thank you.

]]>Hi,
There’s a PHP notice in the latest version (v1.6.0) of the plugin:
PHP Notice: Undefined variable: metorik_auth_token in [REDACTED]/wp-content/plugins/metorik-helper/inc/carts.php on line 322
I already solved the issue on my server, but you might want to release a patch.
Best regards,
George
Here we are using a coupled architecture. Fronted done in nextjs, currently we are facing an issue ,
1. In-completed product are not enter to metorik dashbord
2. When user is register to the site it is not enter to metorik customer list.
Is there any possibility to add the incomplete and userregister data to metorik . We are facing a blocker situvation. Beacuse our site frontend done in NEXTJS, backend working on wordpress.
Is it possible to run a cron job when user enter the data to checkout page and userdata or is it possible to run api during checkout page data entering time. In our Nextjs website , all the data from wordpress are sent via API. Please support.
Hi, I am researching ways to optimize load time on our pages. I noticed that this plugin loads a library called tippy.js on every single page. This library injects a huge blob of CSS in the head of every page. This does not seem efficient.
Could you consider loading the different JS libraries separately instead of combining them via gulp and loading one single file?
And could you consider loading the tippy CSS via wp_enqueue_style, not inject it via JS?
This would make it easier to dequeue stuff that is not needed.

I am looking for an extension to understand where the order came fromthat helps us to understand exactly where an order came from, as an example of a Facebook post brings someone to the site, then makes a purchase, this is recorded as a Facebook sale, similar, with a Google organic visit, then the sale, recorded as a Google sale, do you have anything like that?
]]>Hi,
My Plugins page shows that your plugin is only certified compatible up to WooCommerce 3.6.
Is it compatible with WooCommerce 3.9.1, and if so, can you update the info in the plugin to show this?
Thanks,
