I use wordpress for an intranet and only wanted the Login/out to show for the Meta. Thrilled that this works. for version 4.2.2 because nothing else I found did. THANK YOU!

Works as expected and is compatible to WP 4.1. Perhaps a toggle for the bullets will be fine!

I use this widget on my own blog. So it contains all I needed from the meta widget, which was not flexible enough for me.

I loved Meta Widget Customizer; but, sadly, it conflicts with another plugin, “Wysija”; which we use to create our newsletter from articles on our web site. So, since on balance Wysija is more important, I am now using a different plugin to create the login widget. It’s not quite as nice, but it works.

So, yes I do recommend this, but check to make sure it isn’t conflicting with any of your other plugins.
